Description

Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe sind zahlreiche Konstruktionen von Stoffaufläufen bekannt, von denen die sogenannten Querstromverteiler die größte Verbreitung haben. Sie besitzen ein konisches Zulaufro114 dessen Längsachse quer zur Laufrichtung der Papiermaschine liegt und sind -über einen, die ganze Papiermaschinenbreite einnehmenden Spalt mit einer dem Stoffauflaufkasten vorgeschalteten flachen, rechteckigen Verteilerkammer verbunden, welche sich unmittelbar an den Spalt anschließt. Hierzu sind in dem Verteilerrohr eine Reihe von öffnungen vorgesehen, an die einzelne Rohre angeschlossen sind, welche die Suspension in die Verteilerkammer und weiter zum Auflaufkasten führen. An den Rohren und Ausläufen entstehen kräftige Wirbel. Diese sind an sich erwünscht, um Faserklumpen aufzureißen, sind aber bei der beschriebenen Konstruktion nicht bei allen Rohren gleich stark, was die Lösung der Aufgabe, die Fasersuspension über die Maschinenbreite gleichmäßig zu verteilen, beeinträchtigt.To solve this problem, numerous headbox designs are known, of which the so-called cross-flow distributors are the most widespread.
