senkrechten Querbohrungen sitzen. The invention relates to a hydraulic drive, control,
Power transmissions and the like. Certain eccentric-driven radial piston pumps with a star shape
arranged individual cylinders with flat end faces on a common
Base plate are attached and their pressure valves workspace close to the cylinder bores
in Strömungsverlusten auswirkt.Pumps of this type are z. B. by the German patent specification 934 560, the British patent specification 650 312, the USA patents 2 309 551 - and 2 621 607, furthermore by the French patent 857 594 became known. These are structurally complex and therefore expensive constructions with a relatively small number of cylinders, which means that there are limits to the delivery rate and the achievable pressure level. In these pumps, multiple deflected discharge and suction paths also lead to turbulence and high temperatures of the working medium, which results in flow losses.
The invention is based on the object of a radial piston pump
Type mentioned at the beginning so further to develop and improve that very high
Fluid pressures can be generated and there is a possibility of increasing the power
the pump can be increased in a simple manner that any number of individual cylinders
can be connected in parallel by stacking them on top of each other. Furthermore, a constructive
simple structure of the pump can be achieved, its parts in rational mass production
can be produced.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the suction valve
each individual cylinder in a cross hole with the same axis of the cross hole
of the pressure valve and perpendicular to the two mutually parallel end faces
of the single cylinder is arranged. Any number can be used with this design
Combine individual cylinders with their flat end faces to form a cylinder strand
and place it on the base plate. This cylinder strand then has a straight line
and thus a streamlined continuous conveying path that only has a single one
Suction valve and a single pressure valve are required. Flow losses like those at
the known pumps occur due to deflections in the flow path, are now avoided.
Due to the tightly stacked end faces is between the

Round steel bar formed. They have a diametrical blind hole for the pump piston
and its pressure spring on. Through the outer part of this blind hole leads the
the transverse bore connecting the front sides with the brackets for the structurally independent
Pressure and suction valve.

schnitt,

Kappenlager.
Zwei Quer-
bohrungen 12 und 13 verbinden die beiden plan-
parallelen Stirnflächen 90 und 91 jedes Zylinders 9
mit seinem Arbeitsraum 11. Die beiden Bohrungen
12 und 13 weisen eine gemeinsame Achse 17 auf. In
einem entsprechenden Absatz der Bohrung 13 ist das
baulich selbständige Ansaugventil 14 mit Hilfe des
Sicherungsringes 15 gehaltert, und in einem entspre-
chenden Absatz der Bohrung 12 ist das gleichfalls
baulich selbständige, als Kugelventil ausgebildete
Druckventil 12 aufgenommen. Dieses Druckventil
weist einen zylindrischen Ventilkörper 20 auf, welcher
aus der Stirnfläche 91 hervorragt und mit diesem
hervorragenden Teil in einen entsprechenden Absatz
21 der Bohrung 22 in der Grundplatte
7 aufge-
eingestochenen konzentrischen Ringkanal 23 ver-
Such individual cylinders can be manufactured cheaply on automatic lathes. Since drawn, i.e. dimensionally accurate, round steel is assumed, there is no need to process the outer surfaces. Finally, the shape of a circular cylinder section favors the space-saving arrangement of the cylinders on their pitch circle and thus enables a very compact design of the pump. ";Ijn;, the naclif".
