Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung an einem Schirmstock, die es ermöglicht, dem Schirmdach eine centrale Lage über der den Schirm tragenden Person zu ertheilen, obgleich der Schirmstock bei aufgespanntem Schirm an der Seite oder vorn gehalten wird. Die Vorrichtung ermöglicht es, den Schirmstock gewissermafsen zu knicken. Solche Vorrichtungen sind bereits bekannt. Der Theil d sperrt sich selbstthätig gegen den Theil c dadurch, dafs sein mittlerer Scharniertheil g eine Nase h erhalten hat, welche sich gegen das Ende des bei 0 drehbaren und mit einem Druckknopf versehenen Hebels e legt.
