Dabei zeigte sich insbesondere bei den halbkugelförmigen Spritzgußteilen, welche darnach zu einer Kugel zusammengesetzt werden mußten, daß Spritzrückstände an den sogenannten Spritzlingen kein einwandfreies Zusammenfügen zuließen. Ferner war es problematisch, die verhältnismäßig dicken Wandstärken von innen oder außen mit einem hochglänzenden Farbbelag zu versehen. It is Z. B. im Vakuum tiefgezogen sein können. Erst durch diese Maßnahme sind besonders dünnwandige Kugelhohlkörper ausformbar, deren Wandstärke dabei von der Stärke der verwendeten Folien abhängig ist. Bei diesem Stanzvorgang kann ferner eine zungenartige Aufhängeöse ausgespart bleiben. Desgleichen läßt sich bei entsprechender Formgebung des Stanzwerkzeuges ein umlaufender Zierrand gestalten.
