Claims (4)
1. Bimetallglied für feuchte Betriebsverhältnisse, insbesondere für Mischventile, mit einem
feuchtigkeitsdichten dünnen Schutzüberzug aus elastischem Kunststoff, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Bimetallglied einen Fortsatz aus rostfreiem Material trägt, der nur teilweise
vom fest anhaftenden Schutzüberzug bedeckt ist.
2. Bimetallglied nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fortsatz an einer der
Schichten des Bimetalls befestigt ist und aus dem gleichen oder einem gleichwertigen Material wie
diese besteht.
3. Verfahren zur Herstellung des Bimetallgliedes nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Bimetallglied an dem Fortsatz festgehalten und in das Kunststoff-Ausgangsmaterial
getauscht wird.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bimetallglied erwärmt und
in ein Kunststoff-Wirbelstrombett getaucht wird.
