Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf diejenige Art von Vorrichtungen zum Behandeln von Garnkötzern mit Flüssigkeit (Bleichen, Färben u. s. w.), bei welcher der Kötzer, auf einen an einer Spindel befestigten Halter gesteckt, in der BehandlungsflUssigkeit um seine Längsachse in rasche Drehung versetzt wird. Die Haltevorrichtung ist in bekannter Weise derartig gebaut, dafs Flüssigkeit in das Innere des Kötzers geleitet wird, welche unter der Fliehkraftwirkung nach aufsen dringt.
