The invention relates to a relay with a contact arrangement hermetically sealed in a housing, in which both the contact arrangement and the excitation coil (s) are each in closed, magnetic coupled rooms are housed.
By the German patent specification 1117 759 an electromagnetic relay is known with several, Layered iron circles arranged one above the other, which have a river bow, a core bow and a Have armature which lies with its free end in an air gap formed by the above-mentioned brackets, parts of the iron circle serving as an electrical conductor in such a way that one attached to the armature Contact cooperates with a further, preferably connected to the core bracket contact. The _ parts forming the contact and the mating contact are placed in a protective ceramic housing, which consists of two parts, which are hermetically sealed after inserting the contact parts. The coil for actuating the contact parts enclosed in the ceramic parts encloses the T-shaped ceramic parts, and this results in the disadvantage that in magnetically worse Coupling for the coil by increasing the mean turn length a lot of copper is required.
In relay technology, arrangements are also known in which both the excitation coil and the Contact system housed in closed, magnetically coupled rooms are. For example, US Pat. No. 3,048,678 shows a magnetic relay in which a tiltable or pivotable Armature is attracted to the cores of electromagnetic coils, thereby actuating fixed contacts or bridged. However, this relay is very complex and has a relatively large anchor mass.
Furthermore, from US Pat. No. 2,912,539, a vacuum relay is known which has a tilting motion Has armature which is attracted against the core of an electromagnetic coil and thereby indirectly separately arranged contacts operated. This relay also shows, due to its size and the intended use for high-frequency voltages and currents, a relatively complex one Construction.

Gemäß einer Ausbildung der Erfindung bestehen die Teile der Schutzgehäuse aus Keramikmaterial, das zur Führung des magnetischen Flusses mit magnetisch leitenden bzw. magnetisierbaren Teilchen durchsetzt ist.is made possible, the ceramic parts and the ferromagnetic parts arranged within the protective housing to connect to a compact unit, the object set is achieved according to the invention in that that the contact arrangement is composed of an annular contact blade in the interior thereof a contact tongue acting as an anchor protrudes and the outer circumference of which is a soldering terminal lug has, and mating contact pins made of ferromagnetic material, which are also the cores of the Represent excitation coils, as well as a protective housing made of ceramic material, the contact-making Parts are connected to the housing parts so that the contact arrangement after assembly within the protective housing is hermetically sealed. According to one embodiment of the invention exist the parts of the protective housing made of ceramic material, which is used to guide the magnetic flux with magnetically conductive or magnetizable particles is penetrated.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the protective housing is filled with an oxide-free gas.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, when using ceramic disks as Housing closure placed on the contact lamella intermediate rings. The intermediate rings are made of ceramic or made of ferromagnetic material.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the contact blade is on its between the ceramic

teilen liegenden Umfang mit punktförmigen Sicken oder mit einer durchgehenden Sickennut versehen.share the lying circumference with punctiform beads or with a continuous bead groove.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, one or both housing closure parts are made of one Ceramic magnet material made and polarized so that one pole is in the center and the other Pol is depicted on the outer edge of the housing parts.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the protruding from the protective housing are used Ends of the contact pins as cores for the coil, and these cores are inside the coil with the housing part Magnetically coupled over a large area.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, several contact arrangements are within one U-shaped yoke with legs and a coil combined to form a multi-contact relay.
The formation of a relay according to the invention results in various advantages. Through this, that the coil is housed in a room by itself, this can either be dust-tight, depending on your requirements or also be hermetically sealed. One side of the contact arrangement is also used as the housing termination used for the bobbin room.
In that the ceramic material z. B. for the coil housing interspersed with magnetically conductive parts is, there is a more favorable magnetic coupling with better space utilization.
Another advantage arises from the fact that a material is used as a housing part, which is made of consists of a ceramic magnet material, which is interspersed with magnetizable particles. With help this material can be used in the contact arrangement to produce adhesive or normally closed contacts. It is also conceivable Instead of a permanent magnetic material, an easily reversible material is used at this point to use.
In den Zeichnungen zeigtThe invention is described with reference to drawings. In the drawings shows

F i g. 6 eine Möglichkeit, mehrere Kontakteinheiten nach F i g. 1 innerhalb eines Relais anzuordnen.F i g. 6 one possibility of using several contact units according to FIG. 1 to be arranged within a relay.
In Fig. 1, 1 denotes a circular contact blade which, as shown in FIG. 2 shows a contact tongue 2 pointing into the inner circle and a tongue 3 pointing away from the outside of the circle. This contact blade 1 consists of a ferromagnetic material, for. B. made of a nickel-cobalt-iron alloy, which is suitable for connecting with appropriately pretreated ceramic parts. In most cases, the round sipe 1 has a circular shape, but this shape is not absolutely necessary. What is important for the lamella is the tongue 2 pointing into the inner circle, which represents the movable contact member of the arrangement, and a circumferential shape of the edge that is adapted to the shape of the ceramic capsules 4 and 5 , with the aid of which the two ceramic capsules 4 and 5
In the same operation, a soldering lug 3 is provided on the lamella 1 which protrudes from the protective housing when the lamella 1 is firmly arranged between the two capsules 4 and 5. As already described, the lamella 1 is attached between two ceramic caps 4 and 5 , for. B. soldered that a hermetically sealed space is created within the two caps 4 and 5. As shown in FIG. 1, 3 and 4, it is possible, depending on the design of the contact, to create one or two mating contacts to the contact tongue 2 of the lamella 1 located inside the protective housing. For this purpose, either only in the middle of one capsule half a pin 6 or in the middle of both capsule halves two pins 6 are arranged so that the pins 6 with their contacting parts at a certain distance from the tongue 2 of the lamella 1 on or on both sides are inside the protective housing.
The rest of the pin 6 protrudes from the protective housing and is used for connection purposes.
z. B. Nitrogen, gefüllt. The pin or pins 6 are made of a similar ferromagnetic alloy as the lamella 1 and are at the points of introduction into the protective housing around its circumference with the appropriately pretreated ceramic parts, for. B. by soldering, sealed. When a magnetic field is applied, the movable contact tongue 2 of the lamella 1 in the example according to FIG. 3 tightened in the direction of the contact-making portion of the mounted in the capsule 5 pin 6, thereby producing a contact with the 6 disposed within the protective housing part of the pin.
In Fig. 3, the cap 4 is shown, for example, as a simple disk part, while the cap 5 has the shape of a cup, the inner bottom of which is at a certain distance from the movable contact tongue 2 of the lamella 1 . In practice, you can now to reduce the number of different parts, such as. B. in Fig. 1, the capsules 4 and 5 form as parts of the same size. These ceramic caps 4 and 5 then represent either both a type of disk or both a cup. The part of a pin 6 protruding into the protective housing is dimensioned so that, after the two capsule halves have been hermetically sealed, it creates a certain contact air gap with the movable tongue 2 of the contact blade 1 forms The hermetic sealing of the protective housing can take place according to one of the usual metal-ceramic connection techniques, and after the usual burning or heating and degassing processes, the arrangement is suitably treated with an inert gas atmosphere, e.g. B. Nitrogen filled.
In the arrangement according to FIG. 3, as already described, the cap 5 is designed as a cup. Instead of the cup-like cap 5 , however, a flat ceramic disk in conjunction with a spacer disk can just as well be used. In this embodiment, the spacer washer is also made of ceramic material and is connected to the washer on one side and to the cap on the other, or the intermediate ring is made of metal. In most applications, only a small movement of the tongue 2 is required to
The strength of the round lamella on its circumference can also be increased by placing a metal spacer washer in order to obtain a certain freedom for the movement of the tongue 2 , or, as in FIG. 2 shown, pressed on the circular circumference of the lamella 1 lugs 7 , which protrude so far from the normal surface of the lamella that a certain air gap between the tongue 2 and the contact end of the pin 6 is achieved in the assembled state. The spaces that remain free between the lugs 7 are filled with a filling compound during the connection between the metal lamella and the ceramic housing or the ceramic disc during the hermetic sealing. It is also conceivable, instead of the individual warts 7, to press a circular bead into the circumference of the lamella 1 in order to achieve a certain distance.
The lamella 1 has a very small diameter, so that the caps or disks 4 and 5 arranged on both sides of the lamella 1 form a good attachment surface to attach a magnetic yoke, so that the contact unit described so far in connection with yoke or flux guide plates and a coil can be put together to form a complete relay.
The in F i g. Contact unit shown in 3 forms a normally open contact. If you want to form a normally closed contact, it is necessary to tightly fasten a further contact pin in the cap or disc 4 , which rests against the tongue 2 of the lamella 1 with a certain contact bias, with the housing. This further contact pin is not made of magnetic material, but the magnetic circuit for actuating the contact is formed by the contact pin 6 and the contact lamella 1, since the contact pin 6 is made of magnetic material and thus not only has good contact properties on its contacting end face. All contacting bodies can e.g. B. be gold plated. But it is also conceivable that they with a suitable contact material, for. B. platinum or a platinum alloy are equipped.
30 Amperewindungen (Anzug bzw. Abfall) benötigt. The dimensions of a contact arrangement produced according to the invention are very small, and for 60 or 30 ampere turns (pick-up or drop-out) are required for actuation.
The magnitude of the magnetic forces that cause the attraction and the fall are largely dependent on the air gap between the contact pins 6 and the tongue 2 of the lamella 1 and the dimensions of the tongue 2.
The contact lamella is arranged between two spacer rings 9 made of ceramic or metal, with which the contact lamella is tightly connected at all points. The protective housing itself is tightly closed on the two open sides by a cap or disk 4 made of ceramic material. A contact pin 6 is arranged in each cap 4, specifically in the middle thereof. The leadthroughs of the pins 6 are sealed in a suitable manner. On both sides of the contact housing, specifically in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the pins 6, another closed space extends in which a coil is accommodated. The pin 6 with its end arranged outside the protective housing forms the core of the coils 11. The housing 10 surrounding the coils and the contact arrangement can consist of soft iron for magnetic reasons or a ceramic-iron compound. The magnetic coupling of the contact unit enclosed in the housing takes place via the edge of the contact lamella 1 protruding all around the protective housing and the housing part 10 resting on these attachments, which surrounds the pins 6 by means of a large transition while maintaining electrical insulation on both sides of the double relay.
In the arrangement according to FIG. 4 , the movable contact member is stably arranged in its central position, and the contact can be operated when one or the other coil 11 is excited.
The basic arrangement of the contact arrangement is the same as that in FIG. 4 , but one of the two disks closing off the protective housing consists of ceramic magnetic material. This round disk 12 has one magnetic pole in its center and the other magnetic pole on its outer circumference. In order to be able to connect the ceramic magnet 12 to the other parts of the contact arrangement to form a protective housing, it is necessary to glaze its surface. The pin 13 penetrating the center of the disk 12 and protruding with its contact-making end into the protective housing need not be made of magnetic material, since it is not an essential link in the magnetic circuit. The opening of the protective housing opposite the disk 12 is sealed by a disk 4 , in the central opening of which a pin 6 is arranged. Over this disk 4 and the part of the pin 6 protruding from the protective housing, a further cup-shaped body 10 is placed, which consists of magnetizable material and receives a coil 11 in its interior. This last-described arrangement is identical in structure to one of the two in FIG. 4 relay halves shown. This arrangement results in two separate protective housings, the contact arrangement being hermetically sealed in one protective housing and the excitation coil being housed in the other protective housing, which does not necessarily require a hermetic seal to the outside. For some relay types it is also conceivable that instead of the ceramic disk 4 in FIG. 5 sets another ceramic magnetic disk 12 and selects a coil and magnetic circuit arrangement which is the same as that in FIG. 4 is shown.
B. viereckig ausgebildet, so ist es auch denkbar, innerhalbThe two in FIG. 4 shown caps 4 then consist of permanent magnetic disks, for. B. made of ferrite magnet material. This arrangement can be used in many ways. You can use it to produce relays with a neutral armature position, with one-sided or two-sided armature position, ie make contacts, break contacts or changeover contacts, and depending on the intensity of the magnetic field of the disc 12 , latching relays can also be made with this design. The contact arrangement can be chosen so that it adheres in the resting state and the adhesive effect is canceled in the working state. As already described at the beginning, the shape of the lamella 1 does not necessarily have to be round. Is she z. B. square, so it is also conceivable within
