Ferner ist durch einfaches Herausziehen der Achse der Kocher leicht demontierbar, ebenso wie in umgekehrter Weise die Montage desselben leicht zu bewerkstelligen ist. Nach vorteilhaften Ausführungsformen des Gegenstandes der Erfindung bestehen die Kochgeschirrstützen, im folgenden Rost genannt, aus etwa U-förmig gestalteten Teilen, wobei der obere Teil der Schenkel der U-förmigen Teile derart im Winkel von 900 oder annähernd 90' abgebogen ist, daß er auf die Mittedes Brenners zeigt. Die einen Schenkel der U-förinigen Teile sind hierbei mit einem Winkelstück und die anderen Schenkel mit einer Brücke fest verbunden, dergestalt, daß die genannten Teile starr zusammenhängen. Das Winkelstück ist mit dem die genannte Achse enthaltenden Schamierteil verbunden. Die Brücke ist etwa in ihrer Mitte, mit einer Auskragung versehen, und in dieser Auskragung befindet sich ein Durchbruch, in dem Teile des Brenneraggregates liegen, wobei diese Teile fest aber lösbar mit der Brücke verbunden eind. Diese Auskragung 8 ist etwa in ihrer Mitte mit einem Durchbruch versehen, durch den ein Teil des Regelorgans 9 führt, auf dfflen verlängerter Achse sich dann das Mischrohr 10 und der Brenner 11 anschließen. An der Auskragung 8 der BrücU 7 ist noch ein WinkeIteil 12 befestigt, dessen einer Schenkel den gleichen Durchbruch wie die Auskragung 8 der Brückv 7 aufweist, während der andere Schenkel in der Art eines Zeigers ausgebildet ist. Das Regelorgan 9 ist in an #sich bekannter Weise mit einem Drehknopf 13, der den Bedienungsknebel bildet, und einem Gasanschlußstutzen 14 versehen. Am Kastendeckel 2 ist noch ein beliebiges Verschlußteil 15 und außerdem eine Kastendeckel-Feststellvorrichtung 16 angebracht, die mit einem Knopf 17, der sich am Kastenboden 1 an der Seite befindet, zusammenarbeitet Die Wirkungsweise des transportablen Kocher gemäß der Erfindung ist folgende-, Der Kastendeckel 2 wird geöffnet und mittels der Kastendeckel-Feststellvorrichtung 16 am Knopf 17 befestigt. Die Teile 4 bis 14 befinden sich hierbei in dem Kastenboden 1, wie dies in den Ab b. 1 und 2 dargestellt ist. Wenn nach Beendigung des Kochvorgangs der Kastenboden 1 gereinigt werden soll, wird die Kastendeckel-Feststellvorrichtung 16 aus dem Knopf 17 ausgehakt und der Kastendeckel 2 wird nach hinten umgeklappt, so daß er neben dem Kastenboden 1 liegt. Alsdann werden die sämtlichen Teile 5 bis 14, die mit dein Winkelstück 4 ein zusammenhängendes Ganzes bilden, um die Achse 3 um 180' geschwenkt, so daß sie nunmehr in dem Kastendeckel 2 liegen, wie dies in Ab b. 3 dargestellt ist. Nunmehr kann der jetzt völlig freie Kastenboden 1 leicht gereinigt werden.
