The invention relates to a method for preventing storm damage. The object of the invention consists in disrupting the equilibrium of moving air masses and by changing them the equilibrium conditions dissolve agglomerations before their kinetic energy becomes heavy Can cause damage.
It is known that core particles are used to disturb the equilibrium of moving air masses to be sprayed either by means of missiles or by means of airplanes in the area to be influenced Air masses are brought. In contrast, the invention provides for the equilibrium in Movement of existing air masses through the admixture of alkaline and acidic substances disturb. Their mutual reaction creates a significantly more effective type of disturbance, the special is also increased by the fact that the two basic and acidic substances are already sprayed in preferably these substances are sprayed dissolved in liquids. The ones present in the presence of air clusters Moisture particles, which one imagines as the smallest spheres, form on their surface when they penetrate a certain resistance from sprayed dust particles, while they sprayed with each other Fluid particles in which the dust particles are already dissolved, combine better.
Severe storm damage occurs especially when due to solar radiation above the sea surface strong evaporation has occurred, which, according to the increased temperature, air masses to ascend to the top. In Fig. 1 shows how in the arrow directions 1 such air masses move upwards above the surface of the water 2, like other air masses of a cooler nature 3 push down and, as in this way, a strong movement, so to speak, like a chimney arises above the water surface. If a cross wind 4 is added as a further component, in this way, this chimney-like agglomeration, which is almost stationary at first, is shifted to the side. There the components 4 generally occur outside the axis of this wind chimney, the rising air masses additionally rotated in the direction of arrows 4. You develop a lot great conetic energies which, according to the laws of kinetics, are proportional to the product of theirs Moment of inertia and the square of their rotational speed.
Derartige Winde sind als Hurrikan, als Taifun, als Scirocco und unter anderen Bezeichnungen besonders in den verschiedenen Breitengraden in der Nähe Verfahren zum Verhindern von SturmschädenSuch winds are special as hurricanes, typhoons, scirocco and other names in the various latitudes in the vicinity procedures for preventing storm damage

des Äquators bekannt und führen jeweils zu erheblichen Schäden, sobald sie sich dem Land oder Schiffen oder Flugzeugen nähern.of the equator and each lead to considerable damage as soon as they enter the country or Approaching ships or aircraft.
One can observe the emergence of these winds for hours and days beforehand. But one is so far only able to evacuate the affected areas by means of a very complex warning system of the endangered areas. But you are not able to see the winds and the dangerous Destroy clusters before damage occurs.
According to the invention, chemicals should be in the form of basic and acidic chemicals which are sprayed in one after the other powdery substances or their solutions serve to disrupt the existing equilibrium and so that the agglomerations dissolve before they cause damage.
In Fig. 1 shows how the balance between ascending and always fresh air masses sucking components 5 and the components 6 produced by the rotation maintained as long as both components are roughly equal to each other. In the event of minor deviations, it regulates itself this relationship is constantly automatic, so that - as is known - this winch is very persistent Maintain balance and often travel for days until their devastating effect.
According to the invention, cartridges which sequentially spray out basic and acidic substances are brought into the range of these air masses (7 in FIG. 1). This disturbs the equilibrium of the air masses. The centrifugal forces intensify the component that occurs at one point in the whirlwind, which leads to the destruction of the agglomerations, and the whirlwind bursts apart. This destruction then spreads like a chain to the other parts of the whirlwind.
Die chemischen sauren und basischen Stoffe oder Lösungen werden nach F i g. 2 durch Patronen entweder abgeworfen oder eingeschossen, wie sie zurThe chemical acidic and basic substances or solutions are according to FIG. 2 by cartridges either dropped or shot in as they are used to

Spread of other nebulizers are known. Generally these contain cartridges Pressure vessels, their valves by time switches or by other devices when the cartridge arrives are switched in the vortex area and the spraying powdery or dissolved by nozzles Cause the spray. The nozzles can also be arranged to rotate, with either the nozzle or the entire cartridge is set in rotary motion.
The cartridges not belonging to the invention, either dropped on parachutes or shot in are shown in FIG. 2 with 8, their pressure vessels with 9 and 10, their nozzles with 11 and 12.
It is known that the triggering, which leads to the raining down of clouds, is caused by popping noises, can be supported by sound or ultrasound. Already in the Middle Ages the Back to the method of bringing rain into the atmosphere in the event of prolonged drought. The observations during the war are based on this, that after a day or two everyone Offensive heavy downpours, not influenced by the weather, set in.
In order to achieve similar effects, the ejected or fired cartridges can also be used be provided with devices that cause successive pop-like noises.
Traces of light can be provided to observe the ejected or fired cartridges which are used in a known manner in the art of projectiles.
