Die Vorrichtung besteht im Wesentlichen aus einer durch ein Gewicht belasteten Schraubenfeder
bezw. einem elastischen Band. Durch die Rüttelbewegung des betreffenden Fahrzeuges
wird das Gewicht in schwingende Bewegung versetzt; diese Bewegung wird durch einen
