Description

Der Anfang des Wickelgutes muß stets auf der gleichen Seite der Spule nach außen geführt sein. Man ist dann in der Lage, das untere Ende der feststehenden Spule, von der das Stranggut über Kopfabgezogen wird, bei laufendem Betrieb mit dem oberen Ende einer vollen Spule durch Löten, Schweißen oder auf andere Weise zu verbinden. Das Wickeln der Spule in der Weise, daß das untere Ende des Wickelgutes erreichbar ist, bereitet bei Maschinen, welche zu diesem Zweck stillgesetzt werden können, keine Schwierigkeiten. Sobald jedoch ein kontinuierlicher Arbeitsprozeß erforderlich ist, z. B. bei einer Drahtziehmaschine, die mit einer kontinuierlich arbeitenden Glüheinrichtung arbeitet, ist ein Stillsetzen nicht möglich, und es tritt die vorstehend geschilderte Aufgabe ein, welche bisher noch nicht einwandfrei gelöst werden konnte.The processing of strand-like material, e.g. B. the insulation of wires with the help of screw presses, requires continuous work.
