Description
Suspended ceiling with a lattice formed from hollow profile rods Support grating The invention relates to a suspended ceiling with a hollow profile rod formed lattice-shaped, suspended at a distance under the raw ceiling on hangers Support grid and ceiling panels held on it, the size of which is the size of a support grid field is equivalent to.
In a known suspended ceiling of this type, the ceiling panels are supported loosely on the support grid. If they are not completely full, they can suffer from shocks generate annoying noises. Another disadvantage of this known false ceiling is it can be seen that the ceiling panels are raised when removing and inserting and must be carried out diagonally through the respective ceiling field of the supporting grid. A correspondingly large free space is required above the suspended ceiling. at A narrow space between the suspended ceiling and the raw ceiling can do this known construction are not used.
The invention is based on the object of a suspended ceiling of the initially to create mentioned genus, in which there is a firm hold of the ceiling panels comes and in which the ceiling panels are slightly removed and attached from below can be, so that one is independent of the free space available between the suspended ceiling and the raw ceiling.
According to the invention this object is achieved in that the ceiling panels rest with their edges on the lower surfaces of the supporting grating bars, by holding strips underneath and are wedged between the support bars and the retaining strips.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the retaining strips have a box-shaped cross-section, their length can be the length of a side Support grid field and the ends of the retaining strips can be mitred be. It is also advisable to attach the retaining strips to the support bars with screw bolts to fix.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown, namely: Fig. 1 shows a vertical section in a schematic representation through a suspended ceiling fastened directly under a ribbed ceiling, 3 shows a detail of the suspended ceiling, seen from below, FIG. 4 shows a detail of the suspended ceiling corresponding to FIG. 3, seen from above. The supporting grid of the suspended ceiling consists of continuous supporting grid bars and supporting grid bars running transversely thereto, which are denoted by 12 in FIGS. 1 and 2 and 10 and 11 in FIGS. 3 and 4. The support grating bars are designed as hollow profile bars with a longitudinal slot that is open at the top. The supporting grid formed from the supporting grid bars has uniform ceiling fields 13 which correspond to the size of the ceiling panels 14. The support grid extends over the entire ceiling surface and is fastened to the raw ceiling 16 with hanger 15 according to FIG. 2, the hangers 15 being designed to be adjustable in order to align the lower ceiling. As can be seen from Fig. 2, plates 17 are attached to the lower hangers 15 , which hold the support grate bars 12.
The ceiling fields 13 formed by the supporting grid are covered by applying the ceiling panels 14 to the underside of the supporting grid. The edges of the ceiling panels 14 are gripped from below by retaining strips 18 and clamped against the support grid. The retaining strips 18 are designed as hollow profile rods with an upwardly open longitudinal slot. They are fastened by screw bolts 19 held on the support grid and nuts 20 screwed onto them. The length of the retaining strips 18 corresponds to the side length of a ceiling field 13. The ends of the retaining strips are mitred. Like the ceiling panels 14, they can be exchanged or removed individually. To exhaust the entire ceiling seal it is recommended that 14 to provide the ceiling tiles around with a permanently plastic sealant.
The support bars 10, 11 and 12, as well as all retaining strips 18 and ceiling panels 14 are preferably made of a light material, e.g. B. made of light metal.
If, in special cases, the individual ceiling panels 13 exceed a certain maximum size, it is useful to stiffen the ceiling panels 14 to avoid visible deflections by profiling them like beading, for example in the longitudinal direction and ' ' or in the transverse direction and in the diagonal direction.
The present suspended ceiling can also be used in practice at the same time for the purpose of air conditioning by - as is known - a number of ceiling panels 14 z. B. designed as air-permeable grid plates and the supply air and exhaust air leads above the ceiling. Thus one can for example - as shown in the Fig. 1 - the gap between the bare floor 16 and the top surface of the cover - as is known - provided with partitions which may be formed according to demAusführungsbeispiel through the ceiling joists 21 of the concrete slab 16. So you can z. B. in the space 22 between the beams 21 form a fresh air leading air passage, while the space 23 between two further beams 21 can be used to create an air passage for the exhaust air. In addition, one could also provide special partition walls between the individual beams. Such a ceiling could also be designed to be easily accessible.
