Demgegenüber bezieht sich die Erfindung auf eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von gefüllten Aufguß beuteln aus zwei naßfesten, durchlässigen, in zuemander senkrechten Richtungen zugeführten Papierbahnen, auf deren Rändern zur Herstellung der Beutelnähte heißsiegelfähige Klebstoffschichten aufgebracht sind, so daß nach dem Hauptmerkmal der Erfindung diese Vorrichtung sich kennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung, welche die eine Bahn in Einzelzuschnitte abtrennt und diese auf ein im rechten Winkel zur Bahnrichtung angeordnetes endloses Förderband übergibt, das seinerseits die Zuschnitte um die Trommel einer Dosiervorrichtung an sich bekannter Art führt und dann die derart mit einer Füllgutmenge versehenen Zuschnitte einer weiteren Einrichtung zuleitet, welche die zweite Werkstoffbahn über die Zuschnitte führt, mit diesen zu Beuteln versiegelt und diese abtrennt. Erst durch diese erfindungsgemäße Gesamtkombination der gekennzeichneten Einzelmerkmale wird der wesentliche Vorteil erreicht, daß die Vorrichtung nicht nur besonders leistungsfähig, sondern auch einfach und raumsparend im Aufbau ist, und daß sie außerdem das kontinuierliche Auftragen der Klebestreifen auch auf die quer zugeführten Zuschnitte ermöglicht, was besonders bei Verwendung von mit Düsen arbeitenden Auftragvorrichtungen wesentlich ist. Die Erfindung weist als weiteren Vorteil die Möglichkeit auf, wahlweise Einfach- oder Doppelkammerbeutel herzustellen, ohne daß eine wesentliche Umstellung der Maschine notwendig ist. Mit den derart vorbereiteten Zuschnitten 27 wird dann die Bahn 23 zur Deckung gebracht und im Bereich der auf den Bahnen 23, 24 befindlichen Stücke der Fäden 30, 31 mittels eines Heißsiegelrollenpaares 32, 33 verschweißt, wobei die Rollen 32 und 33 jeweils durch beheizte Querstege 34 bzw. 35 miteinander verbunden sind. An den Querstegen 34 der Rolle 32 sind Messer 36 befestigt, welche die Bahn 23 so durchtrennen, daß ringsum versiegelte Einzelbeutel 20 entstehen.
