Die Fangnasen 1, 2 bilden nun zusammen mit den betreffenden Teilen 6, 7 der Vorderkante der Schwenkklappe 3 einen Spalt 8 bzw. 9, in welchem der jeweilig zu fangende Faden 10 selbsttätig beim Lauf des Greiferschützens festgeklemmt wird. Dies geschieht unter entsprechender Abbiegung der betreffenden Fangnase 1 bzw. 2. Die Schwenkklappe 3 befindet sich beim Fangen und Festklemmen des betreffenden Fadenendes in der Schließstellung und wird nur zur Freigabe des gefangenen Fadens geöffnet.
