Description

Plastic coating for the inner lining of concrete containers The invention relates to a plastic coating, which consists of cold-curing Resins. (Glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin, polyester or the like) In these resins inorganic or organic fiber material is embedded, which is embedded in fleece, mat or tissue form. This plastic coating can then be used in any Starch can be introduced into the concrete or container tray. So far the adhesive strength was the plastic coating on the concrete is so large that cracking occurs the plastic coating in the concrete was damaged or destroyed along the crack. To avoid this in the future, an elastic intermediate layer, which is made of perforated or unperforated film material or products based on lacquer, such as bitumen or polysulphide polymers of organic dihalides with sodium polysulphide, Applied between the plastic coating and the concrete, increasing the adhesive strength the plastic coating to the concrete is so much reduced that the Plastic coating immediately detaches from the concrete when cracking occurs, however is not damaged, so that the container remains liquid-tight at all times.

Die erste Schicht, also der Beton, reißt.The first layer, i.e. the concrete, cracks.

The second layer, the elastic intermediate layer, consists of Bitumen or polysulphide polymers made from organic dihalides with sodium polysulphide, gives inwardly. The third layer, in this case the plastic coating, consisting of cold-curing resins such as glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin, polyester or the like, holds and thereby prevents leakage of the container liquid. The materials the intermediate layer and the plastic coating have only a low level of adhesion to the concrete.
