Alle diese Angaben wurden bisher von Hand auf jedes Formblatt eingetragen, das bei der Untersuchung und Behandlung des Patienten im Krankenhaus ausgefüllt werden mußte. In diesem Zusammenhang sei erwähnt, daß die Krankenhäuser z.
