Description
Die Erfindung betrifft flüssige Reinigungsmittel, die anionaktive oberflächenaktive Mittel enthalten. The invention relates to liquid cleaning agents which contain anionic surface-active agents.
Known anion-active agents are alkali alkyl sulfates, and the use of such alkyl sulfates as textile auxiliaries has been suggested. To produce clear Solutions of hydrocarbons have also been suggested, dissolved alkylated aromatic sulfonic acids or their salts in a mixture with benzyl alcohol to be used. Also the use of cyclohexanol or Its homologues are next to soap and turkey red oil for solubilizing substances that are insoluble in water known. In contrast, the invention relates to a cleaning agent mixture, which is particularly economical Conditions can be produced and the excellent properties and in particular a shows good low-temperature behavior.
According to the invention, the cleaning agents contain alkali sulfates, which are produced by sulfation of distillate fractions obtained from shale oils, and also water, mineral oil and high molecular weight alcohols, in particular cyclohexanol or its mono- or dimethyl derivatives, preferably dimethylcyclohexanol. The mixtures according to the invention are characterized by an additional ammonium sulfate content and / or carbonates as solubilizers.
According to one embodiment, instead of or in addition to the high molecular weight alcohols, diethylene glycol alkyl ethers, in particular diethylene glycol butyl ether is used.
Preferred alkali alkyl sulfates are obtained by sulfating a shale oil distillation fraction, the between 180 and 330 ° C and especially above this whole area is boiling. In general, sodium alkyl sulfates are used, preferably those according to the instructions of British Patent Specification 637,598. So are alkali alkyl sulfates through Implementation of a shale oil distillate fraction boiling between 180 and 330 ° C with sulfuric acid and neutralization obtained with alkali, optionally dialkyl sulfates formed with simultaneous hydrolysis.
The nature of the mineral oil component is primarily determined by the intended use. For the In the invention, petroleum fractions are preferred. Examples of this are kerosene fractions, in particular For laundry cleaning, aromatic extracts from kerosene are preferred, which are particularly beneficial Can be used for color cleaning, or white oil fractions, especially for dry cleaning are suitable.
The cleaning agents according to the invention contain the ammonium sulfate and / or carbonate in amounts up to 15 percent by weight of the detergent.
Die weiteren Bestandteile der Reinigungsmittel werden vorzugsweise in folgenden Mengenverhältnissen, in Gewichtsprozent vom Reinigungsmittel, angewendet:The other components of the cleaning agent are preferably used in the following proportions, in percent by weight from the detergent, applied:

The alkyl sulfates used according to the invention can contain more or less large amounts of alkali metal sulfates from their production process if the anionic agents have not been subjected to special purification. In contrast, it is surprising that the use of ammonium sulfates and / or ammonium carbonates in particular has particular technical advantages. By using the ammonium sulfates and / or carbonates according to the invention, it is firstly possible to use a smaller amount of the oxygen-containing organic compounds than are necessary in the presence of alkali metal sulfate alone. In addition, the addition of ammonium sulfate greatly improves the low-temperature behavior of the cleaning agent liquid. The mixtures according to the invention are absolutely stable at room temperature and can be cooled even further without flocculation of the solid constituents occurring.
The additions of high molecular weight alcohols or ethers enable the production of single-phase systems from metal alkyl sulfates, water and mineral oils in larger proportions than without these additives.
