So nimmt z.
Diaphragm pumps There are different designs of diaphragm pumps
become known for the promotion of gases, in which the drive movement by the
Armature of an alternating current magnet takes place. In a number of such diaphragm pumps
is the transfer of the movement of the armature from the AC magnet to the membrane
of the pump by a swinging lever that rests firmly on one side.
These pumps have the property that the flow rate depends to a large extent on the load
depends on the pump. So takes z. B. when throttling the gas flow on the intake side
the delivery rate drops sharply. Such an operating characteristic becomes especially then
Perceived as annoying when technical processes are independent of fluctuations
a constant delivery rate is required for the load.
Kraftbedarf zunimmt. The invention relates to an alternating current magnet
Driven diaphragm pump for the delivery of gases, in which at the armature of the alternating current magnet
a lever provided perpendicular to the direction of actuation of the armature is arranged.
The lever is on one side at its end via a bolt to the membrane
connected and stored on the other side. The membrane and the AC magnet
are arranged on one side of the swinging lever, and the natural vibration number
of the oscillating system is adjusted to double the value of the mains frequency.
According to the invention, the lever is mounted at the end of the same by means of a
known force-storing suspension. The distance between this storage
and the armature of the AC magnet is set so that the throttling

The concept of the invention is explained using an exemplary embodiment.
Fig. 1 shows a diaphragm pump whose delivery rate is independent

1 is provided with the armature 2 of an alternating current magnet 3. With one end
of the lever 1, the membrane 5 of the pump body 6 is connected by means of a bolt 4.
The lever 1 is mounted at the other end by means of a force-storing spring 7.

As the vacuum increases as the pump increases, it will be a consequence of the higher vacuum
the central position of the vibrating membrane closer towards the pump body 6
relocate. This also creates the air gap between the armature 2 and the alternating current magnet

force-storing spring 7 and the distance 13 between the armature 2 and the articulation point

increases as a result of the reduction in the air gap, as is the case with increasing negative pressure
as a result of the approach of the center of vibration of the membrane 5 to the pump body
