Description
DEUTSCHESGERMAN
For high-rise structures, slewing cranes are known which, with support against masonry, consist of several crane column sections be increased. However, they have a rigid boom with trolley, so that the crane's radius of action is impaired by major modifications. Either need such Move the cranes to cut out the obstacles when rotating the boom in the horizontal plane or they must be sufficiently far removed from the higher conversions from the start be erected, but there is a fear that when rotating the boom in the horizontal Level parts of the construction site are no longer accessible. That is why it is also used for high-rise buildings A slewing crane with a boom that can be pivoted about a horizontal axis is preferable. At the same time should but to avoid a second switching operation when adjusting the boom, he uses a horizontal one Have load path. This problem is in itself already caused by a pulley-like reeving of the hoist rope between the tip of the slewing crane and the boom support. However, this results the need to provide a safeguard against the fact that the boom is in its steepest position is not pulled backwards by the pulley system. The well-known slewing cranes of this type therefore have hydraulic actuation of the boom or such by means of a rack and pinion Spindle. Such training is not only costly, but also has the further Disadvantage that the boom is subjected to pressure and bending.
It is also already known to use a crane or excavator to prevent it from tipping over to the rear To secure cable pull, which engages on a support frame on the boom. Here, however, the cable drum must be from Operating personnel are always slowed down emotionally, so that the security of the skill and the attention of the respective operating personnel is dependent. In addition, such a The arrangement can only be secured with the help of three rope drums, while a normal crane has only two drums. Their application to cranes therefore relies on their equipment with an otherwise not required additional third drum ahead.
Diese Nachteile sind durch die Erfindung bei einem Drehkran, insbesondere Hochhauskran, mit einem Gegenausleger sowie einem um eine horizontale Achse mittels eines Seilzugs verschwenkbaren Ausleger, welcher gegen Überkippen nach hinten durch einen Seilzug gesichert ist, der über einen Stützbock am Ausleger angreift, dadurch behoben, daß erfindungsgemäß der den Ausleger gegen Überkippen sichernde Drehkran, insbesondere HochhauskranThese disadvantages are due to the invention in a slewing crane, in particular a high-rise crane, with a Counter jib and a jib that can be pivoted about a horizontal axis by means of a cable pull, which is secured against tipping over to the rear by a cable that is attached to a support frame on the Attacking the boom, solved by the fact that, according to the invention, the securing the boom against tipping over Slewing crane, especially high-rise crane

Cable pull from the boom tip over the support frame, a pulley on the crane column and another Deflection roller in the top of the tower to which can be pivoted about a horizontal axis relative to the crane column supported counter jib is guided with ballast. The advantage of the inventive design of the Krans is that it once allows an automatic compensation, that of any Operating measures is independent and on the other hand without an additional third drum for each normal crane is suitable.
The invention is illustrated in the following description with reference to the drawings of an exemplary embodiment explained.
1 shows an overall view of a slewing crane, a high-rise crane being selected as an exemplary embodiment. The crane column consists, for example, of three sections 1, 2, 3, which form the lower part of the crane column 4, which is anchored in the masonry 6 by means of struts 5, and the upper part 7, which turns the crane into a slewing crane with a slewing ring 8. In the upper part 7, the winches and drive motors are housed. A pulley system 9 is used to pull the crane up from floor to floor with the hoist winch.
At the top of the tower 10 (see in particular FIG. 2) the boom 12 is articulated about a horizontal axis 11. It is adjustable by means of a cable guide. The boom holding and adjusting rope 13 is twofold between a differential winch with conical drum 14 over pulleys 15, 16, which on a horizontal Axis 17 are mounted at the highest point of the spire, and a roller 18 reeved over a Fork 19 with a further role 20 is in connection, which in turn via a rope 21 on a Shaft 22 is fixed in the boom tip 23.
