Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf solche Einrichtungen, welche gleichzeitig ein Kühlen und Rühren eines Gefäfsinhaltes besorgen sollen, und bei denen die das Kühlwasser aufnehmenden Hohlkörper (die Kühlrohre) auch gleichzeitig die Rührvorrichtung bilden.
