Abstract

Reaktiver Lack zur vollständigen Aushärtung an Luft mit Bindemitteln, die ethylenisch ungesättigte Gruppen tragen und der thermisch oder nach dem Dual-Cure-Verfahren thermisch und durch UV-Licht oder energiereiche Strahlung mittels radikalischer Polymerisation aushärtbar ist. Der Lack enthält ein kombiniertes Initiatorsystem aus thermischem Initiator und UV-Initiator oder ein thermisches Initiatorsystem und reaktive Oligomere, die aus Additionsverbindungen gebildet werden, aus einem Edukt der DOLLAR F1 Formel (4) und einem Edukt der Formel (5), DOLLAR F2 Dabei bedeutet X = -CO-CH=CH¶2¶ oder -C¶n¶H¶m¶, mit -C¶n¶H¶m¶ = aliphatischer Rest mit 1 bis 3 C-Atomen, wobei 0, 1, 2 oder 3 Substituenten X durch -C¶n¶H¶m¶ gebildet werden und bedeutet Y = eine Kohlenstoffkette von 3 bis 8 Atomen, die auch Heteroatome enthalten kann. DOLLAR A Verfahren zur Härtung durch radikalische Polymerisation, wobei die Polymerisation zunächst an Luft thermisch gestartet und dann an Luft oder unter Schutzgas, thermisch oder photoinitiiert fortgeführt wird, sowie Verwendung in Lacksystemen, insbesondere im Automobilbau, oder als Binder.
