Abstract

Offenbart ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Extruderschnecke für einen Schneckenextruder, die entlang ihrer Längsachse (4) eine Mehrzahl von ähnlichen Funktionselementen (2) aufweist, die um die Längsachse (4) verdrehfest angeordnet sind, wobei durch Rotation der Extruderschnecke um die Längsachse (4) in einem Förderkanal eines Gehäuses des Schneckenextruders ein Gut förderbar ist. DOLLAR A Um die Herstellung einer Extruderschnecke zu vereinfachen, preisgünstiger zu gestalten und eine variablere Formgebung zu ermöglichen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Funktionselemente (2) plattenförmig gefertigt und lose aufeinander aufgebracht werden, wobei benachbarte Funktionselemente (2) gegeneinander um einen Winkel bis zu 30 DEG verdreht aufgebracht werden. DOLLAR A Offenbart ist weiterhin eine erfindungsgemäße Extruderschnecke und ein Computerprogramm zur Berechnung der Kontur benachbarter Funktionselemente (2) einer solchen Extruderschnecke.
