Abstract

Rollenmühle, bestehend aus einem zylindrischen Mühlengehäuse mit vertikaler Achse, in dem sich unten der Antrieb mit vertikalem Abtrieb befindet. Im Antrieb ist das Axial-Traglager integriert, auf dem der Mahlteller aufgesetzt ist. Am oberen Ende des Mühlengehäuses ist ein statischer oder ein dynamischer Sichter angeordnet. Die Systemeinheit aus Mahlrolle, Mahlrollenwelle, Lager und Lagergehäuse ist am Mühlengehäuse außen über Lenker befestigt und wird mittels eines Hydraulikzylinders und hydropneumatischer Federeinheit vertikal bewegt und die Mahlrolle auf das auf dem Mahlteller liegende Mahlgut gepresst.
