Description
The The invention relates to a contact arrangement with a wire connection according to the preamble of claim 1. Many electromagnetic products, such as in particular relays and the like, comprise electrical coils, those made of thin enamelled copper wires are wrapped. The bearers or winding body the coils are preferably made of a plastic material thermoplastic properties. The products have connection terminals that must be connected to the wire ends to create a mechanical and establish electrical contact. Happens in relay technology this often by soldering or welding. At the Will solder the thing to be soldered Component near the highly heated solder bath brought. This leads the radiant heat alone of the solder bath often a softening of the thermoplastic material that is deformed and thus makes the component unusable. In addition, the for the soldering required process time comparatively high. Flux must be applied. This is usually followed by a drying step before the actual soldering process in a solder wave can take place. The condition of the solder bath and the implementation of the Fluxens have a big one Influence on the quality of the Solder joint. A solder joint can only be destructive checked become. It must also be taken into account that solder contains lead. However, this heavy metal is according to the EU directive 2000/53 / EG a declarable pollutant. Especially when welding very thin wires there is a risk that the wire will burn and not mechanical and electrical connection is established. In addition, there are only a few Copper alloys for welding suitable. Clamps made of copper must also be used, which are much more expensive than clamps made of brass. Soldered and welded connections can also not redundant become. Furthermore, it is also known for contact arrangements with wires to provide so-called insulation displacement connections, which are used in the joining process size shear exercise on the wire. This type of connection is for not thin wires suitable. It is also for punching the insulation displacement clamps requires high manufacturing quality.
Vorteile der ErfindungAdvantages of invention
The avoids contact arrangement according to the invention the disadvantages of the known types of connection. It starts from from the knowledge that a gentle mechanical connection a mechanically secure attachment of even very thin wires with good quality enables electrical contact. Since no heat supply takes place, the contact arrangement according to the invention with big Advantage also used for thermally sensitive components become. Because it differs from a soldering process no pre-treatment of the parts to be connected is required, are very short process or cycle times in the manufacture of the contact arrangement possible. For the Components of the contact arrangement can be all common electrically conductive materials, In particular inexpensive brass alloys are used because the one welding critical material pairing does not have to be taken into account. By a correspondingly adjusted dimensioning of the bracket width B can also very thin wires be contacted safely. The establishment of redundant connections or touching up a failed contact is easy possible, so that scrap is largely reduced due to faulty contacts can be.
