Description
DEUTSCHESGERMAN
Es zeigtIt is known that the air flowing out of a vacuum cleaner can be used for a wide variety of purposes to make, e.g. B. to drive equipment, for atomizing pesticides, for Painting and for spraying rooms. When the vacuum cleaner z. B. for painting furniture surfaces, Wall surfaces od. Like. To be used in the house, a paint containing atomizer with the help of Suction hose, which consists of rubber and fabric and is reinforced by a wire spiral, to the blower side connected to the vacuum cleaner. It has also been found that in a hose, preferably is used for vacuuming: Dust sticks to the inner wall surfaces, which then when in use of the hose reaches the device as a blow hose through the blown air and contaminates the paint. It has therefore been proposed to use special blow hoses for the pressure side of vacuum cleaners use that do not serve as suction hoses at the same time. However, it has been found that this Due to their stiffness, hoses are unsuitable for working with blown air. Therefore, according to proposed the invention to use a hose as a blow hose for vacuum cleaner, which in on as is known from a seamless plastic film! ». These thin-walled tubes have the property that they are very flexible and even with a rather sharply bent hose the Allow air to pass through. The hose is also very light and can therefore be manufactured in long lengths, which is particularly valuable for a blower hose for vacuum cleaners. Because the The hose can be folded, making it easier to collapse. It is also possible for the to hold several such hoses for various blowing purposes, which is why the hose with easily interchangeable Terminal devices according to the invention is provided. Further features of the invention result from the description of an embodiment shown in the drawing. It shows

B. einer Farbspritzpistole 16, dient.front cover 11 with suction opening and a rear one Cover 12 is provided with a blow opening. At the blow opening is © in tube 13 according to the invention connected with the aid of a coupling device 14. At the other end of the hose is a coupling device 15 is arranged, which is used to connect a device, for. B. a paint spray gun 16, serves.
The hose 13 is made of polyethylene. Its wall thickness is very thin and is at most 0.2 mm, preferably 0.1 mm. With a hose diameter of 50 mm, the wall thickness is therefore at most 1 ZaSo, preferably 1 ZsOo of the hose diameter. The hose is compressible, which means that it collapses when the blowing flow ceases. The hose can be bent very sharply while blowing and still allows air to flow through it. If no blown air is flowing through the hose, it can be compressed like a band so that opposite sides of the inner wall surfaces lie against one another. The band thus formed can be folded up in the manner shown in FIG.
The nipple can go into the Blow opening in the rear cover 12 of the vacuum cleaner are screwed. The nipple is with equipped with a collar 18, which is seen inside with a conical surface 19 \ ^. In that collar the end of the hose is inserted and in this a ring 20 with an outer conical jacket surface 21 of the same inclination as surface 19

The diameter of the conical outer surfaces 19, 20 tapers in the direction of the air flow. This increases the amount generated by the vacuum cleaner Pressure is the force that holds the hose in place in the coupling device. When the air down the hose wants to pull out of the coupling device, the ring 20 is carried along by friction in the same direction with the result that the wedge effect and the holding force are increased.
The coupling device 15 at the other end of the hose consists of a conical mouthpiece 22 for connecting a paint spray gun 16 or another device. This mouthpiece is too towards the hose provided with an outer conical jacket surface 23 over which the hose 13 is drawn is. The hose end is in turn surrounded by a ring 24 with an inner conical jacket surface 25. This lateral surface has the same inclination as the lateral surface 23. The diameter of the conical The outer surface also tapers here in the direction of the air flow. Here too, as with the coupling device 14, the force holding the end of the hose to the mouthpiece increases when the Hose is exposed to a pressure created by the air flowing through the hose and which aims to pull the hose off the mouthpiece. The hose 13 is thus in an easily detachable type connected to the coupling devices 14 and 15, so that these in the various hoses can be used, e.g. B. when replacing a damaged hose. That Replacement takes place in a very simple manner in that the rings 20 and 24 by hand with reference to the Parts 17 and 22 are moved in the direction of the respective outer end of the hose.
