P.\ TENT A XSP R CCHE:GERMAN The invention relates to a cable entry such. B. for an end closure, with a tubular, the cable jacket elastic and tightly enclosing part. Such an extension for an end closure which surrounds the cable sheath has already become known. The tubular extension rests with its entire inner surface on the piece of cable enclosed by it. As a result, the friction when pushing this elongated approach onto the cable end is relatively large, which on the one hand hinders assembly and on the other hand results in the need to avoid a tight fit so that the elongated approach can be pulled onto the cable end. Therefore, the extended approach surrounding the cable in the vicinity of the end closure can also only be made of soft rubber, which has the particularly unpleasant defects of aging, especially at the highly stressed cable entry. Because a close fit is not applicable to the prior art approach. must be provided for the production of the surface pressure required for sealing by a special, separate from the approach conical screw. These deficiencies are avoided in the cable entry according to the invention, which is characterized. that the tubular part, firmly connected to a threaded piece at the connection end, has a helical rib of preferably triangular cross-section on the inside, which merges into a ring at the cable-side end, and the rib and ring rest elastically on the cable jacket. Because the tube-like part only rests on the cable jacket with the small rib surface, a considerable pressure is created along this surface, which results in a secure seal without the pressure having to be increased by a conical screw nipple. At the same time, the helical design of the rib makes it much easier to apply the tubular part to the cable sheath when installing the cable entry, even if a relatively tight fit is chosen, so that not only rubber, but also other aging-resistant plastics are used to manufacture the cable entry can be. The use of the tapering of the part surrounding the cable sheath in the direction of the cable, which is known to me, has the advantage that the ring is at the end of the cable sheath due to the thereby achieved laying of the kink when the cable is subjected to flexural stress nozzle part is always outside the kink and cable entry Applicant: Kerpenwerk GmbH & Co., Stolberg (RhId.) Dipl.-Phys. Hans Basten, Schevenhütte, and Dr. rer. nat. Fritz Alberts, Stolberg (RhId.), Have been named as the inventor, therefore tightly enclosing the cable sheath even if the cable is severely bent. The invention may be illustrated using the exemplary embodiment shown schematically in partial section in the figure. The junction box 2 of the cable entry is screwed to the tubular part 3, which elastically and tightly encloses the cable jacket, through the connecting sleeve 4, with a sealing washer 5 interposed, which results in the gas- and moisture-tight seal against part 3. The tubular part 3 is firmly attached to the outer end of the connecting sleeve 4 carrying the thread. He is supported here against the shoulder 6 of a collar that contains keyholes 7 for screwing together. Part 3 contains in the interior a helically extending rib 8 which is approximately triangular in cross section and which terminates in a ring 9 at the connection end. Part 3 can be made from a natural or synthetic rubber mixture or from plastic, advantageously on the basis of polyester, polyurethane, polyamides, polyadducts and / or polyvinyl chloride. In order to prevent the cable from kinking immediately behind the end of the tubular part 3, the wall thickness of this part is weakened in a known manner at a certain distance from the end, so that any kinking is relocated to this point and the tight seal at the end of the part 3 by the ring 9 is not endangered by buckling deformation.
