Easily releasable tension connections of the edges of flat material components, whereby the edges cover these components are already known in various designs. If one wanted to design the known devices in such a way that these disadvantages do not occur so. one would have to give the connection a relatively large thickness, but which should just be avoided. In particular, button-like connections in which the tensile forces attack in the middle are not suitable for propagating the tensile forces in a straight line.

In contrast, the invention aims to create a connection that is as flat as possible, easily detachable, with the components connected to one another being exposed to a relatively high tensile load and with the tensile forces propagating in a straight line in the connection zone. In addition, it is required and intended that the connection ¹ has a self-locking effect, so that special latching means to protect against unintentional loosening when the tensile stress is released can be dispensed with.
