Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dampfbügelvorrichtung (1) mit einem Bügelbrett (2), das eine luft- oder dampfdurchlässige Brettfläche (4) aufweist, einem Dampferzeuger und einer Luftblasvorrichtung (11), einem mit dem Dampferzeuger verbundenen Bügeleisen (15) und einem Traggestell (3). Zum Abstellen eines noch heißen Bügeleisen ist vorgesehen, dass die Aufbe wahrungskammer einen Metallboden aufweist, welcher weiter bevorzugt mittels elastischer Abstandhalter abgestützt ist. Diesbezüglich sind bevorzugt Abstand halter aus Silikon vorgesehen. Weiter wird eine Siche rung vorgeschlagen, welche bei Überschreiten einer vorbestimmten Grenztemperatur in der Aufbewahrungskam mer bzw. auf dem Metallboden die Stromversorgung des Bügeleisens und gegebenenfalls des Dampferzeugers unter bricht, womit einer Überhitzung vorgebeugt ist. Da das Bügeleisen bevorzugt einer Aufnahmekammer des Bügel brett-Teiles zuordbar ist, wird bevorzugt, wenn die Elektro- und die Dampfleitung im Bereich der Aufnahme kammer mit der Technikeinheit verbunden sind. Diesbe züglich erweist es sich als vorteilhaft in dem Bügel brett-Teil eine Kabelwickelvorrichtung vorzusehen. Diesbezüglich ist weiter vorgesehen, dass das Bügel brett-Teil einen, einen Teil der Bügelbrettfläche bil denden Deckel aufweist. Letzterer überdeckt in der Betriebsstellung die Aufbewahrungskammer für das Bügel eisen. Hier bietet sich in vorteilhafter Weise eine Ausgestaltung an, bei welcher die Kabelwickelvorrich tung in dem Deckel vorgesehen ist. Wie erwähnt, wird bevorzugt, das den Dampferzeuger und die Luftblasvor richtung, sowie weiter die Aufbewahrungskammer für das Bügeleisen aufweisende Bügelbrett-Teil abnehmbar an dem Bügelbrett anzuordnen. Um hier die Handhabung zu ver einfachen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Bügelbrett-Teil einen Eintauchabschnitt aufweist, der in eine Aufnahme unterhalb des verbleibenden Bügelbretts eintaucht. So kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Bügelbrett-Teil schubla denartig in eine entsprechende Aufnahme eingeschoben werden kann. Als besonders vorteilhaft erweist sich hierbei, wenn der Eintauchabschnitt zu seinem freien Ende hin sich verjüngend ausgebildet ist, womit eine Einführhilfe gegeben ist. Um die Betriebssicherheit zu gewährleisten, wird weiter vorgeschlagen, dass die Aufnahme an dem verbleibenden Bügelbrett eine Einschub rast aufweist, bspw. in der Form, dass ausfederbare Rastnasen des abnehmbaren Bügelbrett-Teils in entspre chende Rastausnehmungen der Aufnahme eintreten. Diese Verrastung ist nur willensbetont lösbar. Schließlich erweist es sich als besonders vorteilhaft, dass der Ventilator von einem Luftblasbetrieb in einen Luftsaug betrieb und umgekehrt umschaltbar ist. Der Luftsaugbe trieb dient zum Ansaugen der zu bügelnden Textilien an das Bügelbrett sowie zur Kühlung derselben nach durchge führtem Bügelvorgang.
