Soll das Urinal in Urinierstellung gebracht werden, so kann dieses um eine Frontseitenachse aus der Schüssel und damit aus der Ebene des Klodeckels geschwenkt werden. Dadurch wird ein geführter Fluss des Urins über die Urinaustrittsöffnung in die Kloschüssel erzielt, ohne Randbereiche der Schüssel oder der Sitzbrille zu verschmutzen. Der Klodeckel verfügt zudem über eine der Frontseitenachse gegenüberliegende Rückseitenachse um die sowohl der das Urinal umfassende Klodeckel, als auch die Klobrille verschwenkbar sind.
