Abstract
Ein Hubübertragungsbauteil, insbesondere für einen Ventiltrieb oder einen Kraftstoffpumpentrieb, weist ein Gehäuse (5) mit einem Lagerbolzen (7) auf, der mit seinen stirnseitigen Endbereichen (6) in Aufnahmebohrungen (4) des Gehäuses (5) angeordnet und dabei formschlüssig mit dem Gehäuse (5) verbunden ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist in einem stirnseitigen Endbereich (6) des Lagerbolzens (7) jeweils eine Öffnung (8) angeordnet, in welcher ein die formschlüssige Verbindung des Lagerbolzens (7) mit dem Gehäuse (5) sichernder Flansch (9) mit einem Teil seiner axialen Länge eingesteckt und befestigt ist, dessen äußerer Durchmesser größer ist, als der Durchmesser der jeweiligen Aufnahmebohrung (4). Nach der Montage sind die Enden des Lagerbolzens jeweils plastisch verformt worden, um dort den Durchmesser zu vergrößern, so dass der Lagerbolzen aus den Aufnahmebohrungen des Gehäuses nicht herausgleiten kann. Die plastische Verformung ist also für seine Befestigung erforderlich. Jedoch ist diese nach der Montage zu erzeugende Verformung kostspielig.
