Nach Fig. 5 sind die Lageraufnahmen als Bohrungen oder Taschen in den Seitenwänden 14, 15 des Wälzkörperkäfigs ausgebildet (hier nicht im Detail erkennbar), wobei zwischen den mit Übergangspassung gehaltenen Lagerzapfen 7, 8 (Fig. 5c) und den Bohrungen oder Taschen des Wälzkörperkäfigs 2 eine Übergangspassung gegeben ist, wohingegen der oder die mit Übermaßpassung gehaltenen Wälzkörper 4 mit Übermaß in die Bohrungen oder Taschen in den Innenseiten der Seitenwände 14, 15 eingreifen. Auch diese Variante ist einfach und sicher und im Lauf besonders leise. Claims (15)

  1. A pullout guide device for furniture parts movable relative to one another, having a roller bearing device, which comprises the following:
    a. rolling elements (3a, b, c, d,... 4a, b), which are mounted so they are rotatable in at least one roller bearing cage (2),
    b. wherein at least one of the rolling elements (4a, b) is held and mounted so it is rotatable by means of an interference fit in at least one bearing region (5a, b) in the roller bearing cage (2),
    c. wherein the bearing region(s) (5a, b) is/are plastically deformed after the first insertion in the region of the interference fit.
  2. The pullout guide device according to Claim 1, characterized in that one single or a plurality of the rolling elements (4a, b) of the roller bearing device is/are mounted so they are rotatable by means of an interference fit in the roller bearing cage (2), and the remaining ones of the rolling elements (3a, b, c,...) are mounted so they are rotatable by means of a transition fit in the roller bearing cage (2).
  3. The pullout guide device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that one or two bearing regions (5a, 5b) are plastically deformed in a flowing manner to a limited extent in the region of the interference fit.
  4. The pullout guide according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rolling elements (3, 4) preferably each have first bearing means (7, 8, 9, 10) which interact with corresponding second bearing means (11, 12) - also referred to as bearing points hereafter - of the roller bearing cage (2) in a rotatable manner, wherein the first bearing means and the bearing points each implement the bearing regions (5a, b) in their interaction.
  5. The pullout guide device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rolling elements (4a, b) mounted so they are rotatable with the interference fit consist of a plastically deformable plastic, and/or the roller bearing cage (2) consists of a plastically deformable plastic at least in the region of the at least one bearing point for mounting the rolling element (4) mounted so it is rotatable with interference fit.
  6. The pullout guide device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the plastic of the at least one rolling element (4) mounted with interference fit has the capability in relation to the plastic of the bearing point of the associated roller bearing cage (2) to flow in a plastically deforming manner to a limited extent.
  7. The pullout guide device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the at least one rolling element (4), which is mounted so it is rotatable by means of the interference fit, differs from the at least one rolling element (3) mounted using transition fit by way of at least one or more of the following main parameters: shape, modulus of elasticity, color, structure.
  8. The pullout guide device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rolling elements (3, 4), which are mounted so they are rotatable with transition fit and interference fit, differ with regard to one or more of the following subparameters of the main parameter "shape": diameter, width, running surface, bearing means.
  9. The pullout guide device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rolling elements which are mounted so they are rotatable with transition fit and interference fit differ by way of one or more of the following subparameters of the main parameter "structure": solid body, hollow body, material, material composite.
  10. The pullout guide device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the at least one interference fit of the bearing point of the roller bearing cage (2) differs from the at least one bearing points of the roller bearing cage provided with transition fit by way of at least one or more of the following main parameters: shape, dimensions, structure.
  11. The pullout guide device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the at least one rolling element (4) which is held with interference fit is shaped so that the at least one bearing means (9, 10) is located within the projected cross-sectional area of its largest running surface diameter.
  12. The pullout guide device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the bearing points are implemented as bearing receptacles (11, 12) of the roller bearing cage (2), and the bearing means of the rolling elements (3) are implemented as bearing pins (7, 8; 9, 10), and the bearing pins (9, 10) of the at least one rolling element (4) which is held with interference fit engage in the bearing receptacles (12) with a or the interference fit, and the bearing pins (7, 8) of the remaining rolling elements (3) engage in the associated bearing receptacles (11) with transition fit.
  13. The pullout guide device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one of the bearing regions (5a, b) is plastically deformed as a result of a flowing procedure in the region of at least one contact point between the rolling element (4) and the bearing receptacle (12).
  14. A method for installing a roller bearing device for a pullout guide device for drawers, characterized by the following step:
    inserting the rolling elements into the roller bearing cage (2), wherein a first part of the rolling elements are installed with transition fit and a second part of the rolling elements are installed with press fit.
  15. The method according to Claim 14, characterized by the following further step: causing limited plastic deformation of the bearing region as a result of a flowing procedure.
