The invention discloses a roller device for a refrigerator and the refrigerator, wherein the refrigerator comprises a box body and a drawer arranged on the box body, the drawer can be pulled out or pushed into the box body in an operable manner, the roller device is arranged on one of the drawer and the box body, a slide way piece matched and connected with the roller device is arranged on the other of the drawer and the box body, the roller device comprises a body and a rotating column which is rotatably arranged on the body, and the rotating column is protruded out of the periphery of the body so as to enable the rotating column to be in rolling contact with the slide way piece. The roller device has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and greatly reduced noise.

Background
With the increasing of the refrigerator capacity, the drawer of the large-capacity refrigerator mostly adopts a roller structure for the stable drawing of the drawer. The existing roller drawer generally adopts two types of moving wheels and fixed wheels, and bearings are required to be added in the moving wheels, so that the requirements on manufacturing and assembling precision are high, and the manufacturing cost is greatly increased. Wherein, the roller device 12 is arranged on one of the drawer 10 and the box body, and the other of the drawer 10 and the box body is provided with a slide way piece 14 matched and connected with the roller device 12.
Further, the roller device 12 includes a body 16 and a rotary post 18 rotatably provided on the body 16, the rotary post 18 protruding from the outer periphery of the body 16 so that the rotary post 18 is in rolling contact with the slide member 14.
In the preferred embodiment, since the roller device 12 includes the body 16 and the rotating post 18 rotatably disposed on the body 16, and the rotating post 18 protrudes from the outer periphery of the body 16, the roller device 12 has a simple structure and a low cost, and simultaneously greatly reduces noise, and the drawer 10 can be pulled and pulled with less effort.
In addition, the body 16 is not in contact with the slide member 14. Typically, the body 16 is a plastic member and the rotating post 18 is provided as a metal post, and preferably, the rotating post 18 is provided as a steel post. In this way, it is ensured that the rotary post 18 protrudes from the body 16, so that the rotary post 18 is in contact with the slide member 14, and the body 16 is not in contact with the slide member 14, so that rolling friction is generated between the slide member 14 and the roller device 12.
In order to make the roller device 12 compact and small in size, the body 16 is provided with an accommodating space, and the rotating column 18 is accommodated in the accommodating space. The receiving space 24 has a bottom parallel to the first end surface 20, one end of the rotary post 18 abuts against the bottom, and the other end of the rotary post 18 is substantially flush with the first end surface 20. Of course, the other end of the rotary post 18 may be disposed parallel to the first end face 20. That is, the height of the rotation column 18 is less than or equal to the depth of the housing space 24 in the axial direction of the body 16. In the preferred embodiment, the roller device 12 is disposed on the box, the slide member 14 is disposed on the drawer 10, the body 16 is fixedly disposed on the box, and the first end surface 20 of the body 16 faces the box. Specifically, the mounting part 15 is arranged on the box body, the roller device 12 is arranged on the mounting part 15, and the body 16 is fixedly arranged on the mounting part 15. This allows one end of the rotary post 18 to be stopped by the bottom, the other end of the rotary post 18 to be stopped by the mounting member 15, and the rotary post 18 not to be removed from the peripheral opening portion 26, thereby reliably disposing the rotary post 18.
Further, the body 16 is provided with an assembly positioning portion 30, and the box body is provided with a mating portion (not shown), which is mated with the assembly positioning portion 30 to define an assembly position of the body 16, so that the rotating column 18 contacts with the slide member 14. In the present embodiment, the fitting portion is provided on the mounting member 15. When the mating portion is mated with the fitting positioning portion 30, the body 16 cannot rotate relative to the case. Then the body 16 is fixed to the box body by a fastener, specifically, the body 16 is provided with a mounting hole 32, the fastener is provided as a bolt, and the fastener is inserted into the mounting hole and is screwed into the box body.
Preferably, the assembly positioning portion 30 is provided as an arc-shaped protrusion, and the center of the arc-shaped protrusion coincides with the center B of the body 16. 2. The roller device according to claim 1, wherein the outer periphery of the body is a cylinder, the rotating column is disposed in a cylindrical shape, the center of the body is different from that of the rotating column, and the axis of the body is parallel to the axis of the rotating column.

The roller device according to claim 2, wherein the body has a first end surface and a second end surface opposite to the first end surface, a plane defined perpendicular to an axis of the body and passing through the first end surface is a first plane on which an extension line defining a circle center line between the body and the rotation column intersects with an outer periphery of the rotation column at an intersection point a, and a distance from a circle center of the body to the intersection point a is greater than a radius of the body.
