Detailed Description
A refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 10. In the drawings, the terms "front", "back", "upper", "lower", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", "lateral", and the like denote orientations and positional relationships indicated by the drawings. As such, it is merely convenient to describe the invention and to simplify the description, and it is not intended to indicate or imply that the referenced device or element must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and is therefore not to be considered limiting of the invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a refrigerator. The refrigerator provided by the embodiment of the invention can adopt the vapor compression refrigeration cycle system to refrigerate so as to provide cold energy. The vapor compression refrigeration cycle system comprises a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, a throttling device and other refrigeration accessories
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a refrigerator according to one embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is an exploded schematic view of the refrigerator shown in FIG. 1; fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the refrigerator with the multi-drawer in an opened state, in which a right half of the cabinet 10 is cut away.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a refrigerator may generally include a cabinet 10, a door 20, a plurality of drawers 30, 40, 50, and at least one linkage 60. Wherein the case 10 defines a storage compartment 101. The plurality of drawers 30, 40, 50 are arranged in the vertical direction in the storage compartment 101. Each linkage 60 is mounted between a group of two adjacent drawers to achieve synchronous advancement of the two. For example, in the embodiment illustrated in fig. 2 and 3, a total of 3 drawers, namely, the drawer 30, the drawer 40 and the drawer 50 from bottom to top, are arranged in the storage compartment 101. The drawers 30 and 40 form a set of two adjacent drawers, and a linkage mechanism 60 is disposed therebetween. Drawer 40 and drawer 50 also form a set of two adjacent drawers with a linkage 60 disposed therebetween.
Each linkage 60 is configured to: in the process of moving the drawer at the lower side forwards and opening the two adjacent drawers, the drawer at the upper side is driven to synchronously move forwards to an intermediate position (namely, the drawer is not completely opened and has a space pulled forwards), then the drawer at the upper side is stopped at the intermediate position, and the drawer at the lower side can continuously move forwards and open.
Therefore, the lower drawer can drive the upper drawer to move forwards synchronously. The user only needs to open one drawer, and the rest drawers are opened along with the drawer, so that the experience is excellent. And when the upper drawer moves to a middle position, the two drawers are released from linkage, so that the upper drawer stays at the middle position, and the lower drawer continues to move forwards and is opened. The purpose of the drawer is to prevent the lower drawer from being shielded by the upper drawer and being incapable of taking and placing articles when the two drawers are completely opened. Of course, if the user feels that the upper drawer is in the middle position and the opening degree is not enough to be inconvenient for taking and placing the articles, the user can pull the upper drawer again to open the upper drawer completely.
The linkage mechanism 60 can be arranged between every two adjacent drawers in all the drawers in one storage compartment 101, so that all the drawers can move forwards synchronously.
In the state shown in fig. 3, the drawer 30 is in the fully open state, the upper drawer 40 is in the intermediate position, and the drawer 50 is also in the intermediate position. And at this time, the drawer 50 is more backward than the drawer 40 so that the upper openings of the 3 drawers are partially exposed, and the opening degree of the drawers is sequentially increased from top to bottom, like a stepped structure. So that the upper drawer can not completely shield the upper opening of the adjacent lower drawer, and the user can observe and store articles conveniently.
As shown in fig. 2, the refrigerator may further include a door 20 for opening and closing the storage compartment 101. The door 20 is fixed to the front end of the lowest drawer 30, so that the drawer 30 is driven by pushing and pulling the door 20, and further the drawer 40 and the drawer 50 are driven to move forward.
Of course, in other embodiments, a door that opens/closes the cabinet by rotation may be provided, and the pivoting door is not connected to the drawer.
As shown in fig. 2, the lowest drawer 30 of all the drawers is connected to two lateral side walls of the storage compartment 101 through two slide rail assemblies 11 (the lateral direction refers to the left-right direction indicated in the drawing). The slide rail assembly is commonly used in the prior art, and the detailed structure thereof is not described herein. In the other drawers, the front lower ends of the two transverse side walls of each drawer are respectively provided with a front wheel so as to be capable of rolling on the top edges of the two transverse side walls of the drawer below, and the rear upper end of each drawer is respectively provided with a rear pulley so as to be capable of rolling on the corresponding slide ways of the two transverse side walls of the storage compartment 101, so that the drawer is allowed to move forwards and backwards. Referring specifically to fig. 2 and 3, the drawer 40 has a front wheel 41 and a rear wheel 42, the front wheel 41 riding on the top edge of the drawer 30, and the rear wheel 42 riding on the runway 12 of the storage compartment 101. Drawer 50 has front wheels 51 and rear wheels 52, with front wheels 51 riding on the top edge of drawer 40 and rear wheels 52 on runners 13 of compartment 101.
FIG. 4 is an enlarged view at A of FIG. 2; FIG. 5 is a schematic view of the structure of the moving block 65 and the protrusion 69; FIG. 6 is an exploded view of the moving block 65 and the first container 66; fig. 7 is an exploded view of the push block 61, the torsion spring 62 and the second container 63; fig. 8 is a schematic view of the state where the push block 61 abuts against the rear side of the moving stopper 65; FIG. 9 is a schematic view of the movable stopper 65 after being laterally retracted; fig. 10 is a schematic view of the state where the moving stopper 65 is returned to the home position and the push block 61 is rotated to pass over the moving stopper 65.
Referring now to fig. 2 to 9, a linkage 60 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described, taking the linkage 60 between the drawer 30 and the drawer 40 as an example.
The link mechanism 60 includes a push block 61, a moving stopper 65, and a boss 69. Wherein the push block 61 is mounted on the top of the lower drawer 30. The moving stopper 65 is movably provided to a lateral sidewall of the upper drawer 40 in a lateral direction of the refrigerator. The projection 69 is located on a lateral side wall of the storage compartment 101.
The linkage 60 is configured to: when two adjacent drawers 30, 40 are in a closed state (as shown in fig. 2 and 8), the push block 61 abuts against the rear side of the moving block 65. When the lower drawer 30 moves forward, the push block 61 pushes the moving stopper 65, and the upper drawer 40 moves forward. When the upper drawer 30 is pushed to the intermediate position (see fig. 3), the moving stopper 65 is pushed by the projection 69 against the elastic force and is moved laterally from the home position in a direction approaching the drawer 40 (leftward movement from the state shown in fig. 8) to disengage from the push block 61, so that the two adjacent drawers 30, 40 are decoupled (see fig. 9).
The linkage 60 may also be configured to: when the drawer 40 at the upper side of the intermediate position is subjected to a forward force, the moving stopper 65 is made to pass over the projection 69 to allow the drawer 40 to continue to move forward. After the moving block 65 passes over the projection 69, it returns to the original position by the elastic force. This allows the upper drawer 40 to be pulled further forward to fully open it for easy access by the user.
Further, the linkage 60 is further configured to: the lower drawer 30 is pushed back in a state where the push block 61 is in front of the moving stopper 65, the push block 61 is brought into contact with the moving stopper 65 to rotate forward against the elastic torque, so that the height of the top thereof is lowered to pass over the moving stopper 65 to return to the rear side of the moving stopper 65 (the state of fig. 10), and then returned to the original position under the elastic torque. Further, the upper drawer 40 may be pulled forward with the push block 61 in front of the moving stopper 65, so that the push block 61 may get over the moving stopper 65.
Fig. 5 and 6 illustrate an alternative configuration of the moving block 65 and the projection 69. The linkage 60 also includes a first box 66 for mounting the moving stop 65. The first container 66 is mounted to a lateral side wall of the drawer 40 at the upper side, and at least one mounting rod 662 (two as shown in fig. 6) extends laterally outward (rightward) from a wall surface thereof abutting against the drawer 40. The first container 66 further has at least one resilient tongue 661 (4 as shown in fig. 6). The moving block 65 includes a block body 651 and at least one runner 652 rotatably mounted to the block body 651 about a vertical axis, as shown in fig. 6 including two runners 652 arranged one above the other. The block body 651 is formed with a mounting hole 6513 to be telescopically fitted over the mounting rod 662 in a lateral direction, and the mounting hole 6513 may be located between the two wheels 652. The bottom wall of the first container 66 is formed with a recess 665 for allowing the bottom of the stopper body 651 to extend out of the first container 66 through the recess 665. The right side of the first container 66 is open and may be provided with a cover 67 for closing the opening. The cover 67 has a plurality of holes 671 for fixing to the column 664 of the first container 66 by screws 672 (threaded holes). The cover 67 has a relief opening 673 to allow the pulley 652 to extend out to contact the boss 69 and be pressed by the boss 69. Lateral retraction of the moving stop 65 is achieved by the runner 652 contacting the boss 69 and also because it is able to rotate to facilitate passing over the boss 69. The elastic tongue 661 abuts against the stopper main body 651 so as to apply elastic force thereto. It is understood that the direction of the elastic force is rightward. Specifically, each of the resilient tongues 661 is gradually inclined toward the stopper main body 651 from the inner wall connected to the first case 66, so that when the stopper main body 651 is laterally retracted (i.e., moved leftward) to press the resilient tongue 661, the resilient tongue 661 is elastically deformed, and thus generates an elastic force to generate an elastic force pushing the stopper main body 651 rightward. The four resilient tongues 661 are connected to four corners of the side wall of the first container 66, respectively, the two resilient tongues 661 on the upper side extend forward and backward in opposite directions, respectively, and the two resilient tongues 661 on the lower side extend forward and backward in opposite directions, respectively.
As shown in fig. 5, the protrusion 69 can be a separately manufactured part, which is mounted on the inner wall of the storage compartment 101. The front and rear surfaces 691, 693 of the protruding portion 69 are inclined surfaces that are gradually inclined toward each other from the inner wall of the storage compartment 101 outward (leftward), and the two inclined surfaces are transitionally connected by a front and rear extending plane 692. This facilitates moving the stop 65 over the projection 69.
Fig. 7 illustrates an alternative structure of the push block 61. Each linkage 60 further comprises a second box 63 for mounting a push block 61 and a torsion spring 62. The second case 63 is mounted to the top of the lower drawer 30, and has a mounting post 631 extending in a lateral direction. The push block 61 has a mounting hole 611 to be mounted on the mounting post 631, and the torsion spring 62 is mounted between the second case 63 and the push block 61 to apply an elastic torque to the push block 61. The right side of the second container 63 is opened and covered with a container cover 64. The cover 64 is provided with a hole 641 so that a screw 642 can be inserted through the hole to be engaged with a screw hole 633 formed in the second container body 63, thereby fixing the cover 64. The pushing block 61 extends out of the box 63 through an opening 635 formed at the top of the second box 63.
The circumferential surface of the mounting post 631 is provided with a limiting groove 6312, the hole wall of the mounting hole 611 is provided with a positioning protrusion 612 protruding in the radial direction, and the positioning protrusion 612 is located in the limiting groove 6312. When the push block 61 rotates, the positioning protrusion 612 can only move within the range of the limit groove 6312, thereby limiting the rotation range of the push block 61. Specifically, when two adjacent drawers 30, 40 are in a closed state, as shown in fig. 9, the positioning protrusion 612 abuts against the rear wall of the limiting groove 6312, so that the pushing block 61 cannot rotate backward, and thus the pushing block 65 can be pushed forward. When the push block 61 pushes back the lower drawer 30 in a state where the push block 61 is in front of the moving stopper 65, the push block 61 is allowed to rotate backward, and the rotation is stopped at most when the positioning protrusion 612 abuts against the front wall of the limiting groove 6312, at which time the push block 61 is enough to pass over the moving stopper 65, thereby returning to the rear side of the moving stopper 65 (as in the state of fig. 10), and then returning to the original position under the action of the elastic torque. As shown in fig. 8, in a state where no external force is applied, the front surface 613 of the push block 61 is a vertical surface to push the moving stopper 65 forward, and the rear surface 614 of the push block 61 is a slope extending forward from bottom to top to pass over the moving stopper 65 when contacting the moving stopper 65.
The linkage mechanism of the refrigerator is simple in structure, but very practical in function. And the number of parts is less, the possibility of failure is low, and the reliability is high.
In some embodiments, the position of the projection 69 of the link 60 on the lower side may be more forward than the position of the projection 69 of the link 60 on the upper side in each set of two adjacent links 60. After the whole set of drawer is opened, the opening degree of the drawer is sequentially increased from top to bottom, and the drawer is similar to a step-type structure. So that the upper drawer can not completely shield the upper opening of the adjacent lower drawer, and the user can observe and store articles conveniently.
Only one linkage mechanism can be arranged between every two adjacent drawers as shown in figures 1-10. Of course, two linkage mechanisms which are symmetrical left and right can be arranged between every two adjacent drawers.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
