  • In the prior art differently designed connecting devices for connecting end pieces of electrical lines with other electrical connection contacts are known.   • The aforementioned connection device, from which the invention proceeds, is not yet optimally formed. For the two electrodes of a battery each separately formed connecting devices are necessary for connection with the end pieces / cable lugs, namely u. a. two separate housings with respective separate receiving portions for receiving the respective end pieces of the electrical lines. Furthermore, the assembly of these connecting devices is very complex, since these must be individually connected to the electrodes of the battery effectively, on the one hand, the effective connection between the end pieces / cable lugs and the connection contacts must be made via mounting screws, on the other hand, the connecting device itself on the battery case over on the housing the connecting device arranged locking lugs, which engage in recesses provided on the battery housing, must be fixed. The known in the prior art connection device of the invention, therefore, is not yet optimally formed and the assembly of the end pieces of electrical lines and their connections to the electrical connection contacts is therefore associated with a considerable installation effort.
  • Finally, the installation effort for the realization of the effective connection of the end pieces / cable lugs to the terminals of the motor terminal strip is very complex ( DE 10 2008 0155 553 A1 ), although connecting devices are also known ( DE 10 2009 047 961 A1 ), in which the end pieces or cable lugs are indeed inserted from above into a plurality of receiving portions of a connecting device, but the installation effort of inserting the end pieces or their connection to the terminal contacts is also correspondingly large here.
  • The invention is therefore based on the object, in particular the above-mentioned connection device, from which the invention proceeds, now such and further develop that on the one hand, the assembly cost of the end pieces of electrical lines is greatly reduced, on the other hand, but in particular the handling of the entire connection device is facilitated ,
  • The aforementioned object is now achieved with the features of claim 1. First, at least two receiving portions for receiving at least two end pieces are provided or has the connecting device at least two receiving portions for receiving at least two end pieces of electrical lines. The connecting device according to the invention can therefore be placed from above on the end pieces of the electrical lines, in particular on the cable lugs, wherein the end pieces or the cable lugs are then positioned accordingly in the receiving sections.   • The connecting device according to the invention preferably has three receiving sections for receiving three end pieces of three electrical lines. Corresponding thereto then also three cover sections are provided, wherein the three cover sections are arranged sequentially one behind the other and are interconnected via two respective connecting sections. As a result, a one-piece very compact connection device is realized, which is easy to handle manually and with the help of three end pieces of three electrical lines, in particular three cable lugs can be taken / captured, as described above.
  • In particular, the receiving portions, the cover portions and the intermediate portions are formed as integral parts of the connecting device, wherein the intermediate portions are substantially at least partially web-shaped, so do not have the same outer dimensions as the cover portions.   • Each receiving portion or each cover portion each has a passage opening, wherein spacers can be arranged within the passage openings. Claims (15)

  1.
