Description
The invention relates to a dampening device, in particular for wet wiping a floor or window surface having an at least partially stretched over a cloth carrier area endless wipe, a cleaning tank for passing the continuous wipe by a cleaning liquid and a conveyor for circulating conveying the continuous wiping cloth between the cloth carrier area and the cleaning tank , wherein the conveyor has a plurality of guide elements, in particular rotatable rollers.
A disadvantage of the aforementioned wet mops with a complete, d. H. especially within the cleaning tank, taut continuous wiping is that the cleaning of the continuous wiping cloth is limited within the cleaning tank due to the tense and thus immovable arrangement of the continuous wiping cloth.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a dampening device in which the cleaning of the continuous wiping cloth is improved within the cleaning tank.
To solve the invention proposes a wet wiper, in which the guide elements of the conveyor are arranged and designed so that the endless wiping cloth is stretched on the one hand with a first tissue section over the tissue carrier area and on the other hand with respect to a located inside the cleaning tank second tissue section substantially no tensile force is exposed.
According to the invention, the continuous wiping cloth is thus stretched only in the cloth carrier area. On the other hand, inside the cleaning tank, the endless wiping cloth is subjected to substantially no pulling force, so that it is movably inserted into the cleaning tank independently of a direct conveying path of the endless wiping cloth through the cleaning tank. The endless wiping cloth is thus not stretched with respect to the second cloth section located in the cleaning tank, but lies loosely around the guide elements of the conveyor, so that over the longitudinal extent of the second cloth section any waves, wrinkles, etc. can form. The endless wiping cloth is guided in this way with different orientations along the respective conveying direction of the endless wiping cloth through the cleaning tank, so that it has, for example, subregions which are currently perpendicular to the conveying direction. In this case, the surface of such a portion is pulled head-on by the cleaning liquid located inside the cleaning tank, which leads to an overall improved cleaning effect. In addition, can be performed by the loose guidance of the continuous wiping cloth within the cleaning tank at a constant volume of the cleaning tank, a much longer second tissue section of the continuous wiping cloth than is possible with a taut guide the endless wiping cloth. As a result, a cloth section of the endless wiping cloth can remain much longer inside the cleaning liquid and thus also be cleaned better.
Furthermore, it is proposed that the conveying device with respect to a conveying direction of the continuous wiping cloth from the cloth carrier region into the cleaning tank has a first pair of rollers clampingly holding the endless wiping cloth, which has at least one actively driven roller for conveying the continuous wiping cloth into the cleaning tank, and with respect to on a conveying direction of the continuous wiping cloth from the cleaning tank to the cloth carrier area, a tensioning device for tensioning the endless wiping cloth in the cloth carrier area, wherein the first cloth portion between the first pair of rollers and the tensioning device is stretched. The conveyor may have a plurality of rollers which, for example, serve as mere guide elements or as actively driven rollers. At the transition of the continuous wiping cloth from the cloth carrier region into the cleaning tank, at least one roll of the first pair of rolls arranged there is an actively driven roll by means of a motor so that the continuous wiping cloth is actively conveyed into the cleaning tank. The remaining rollers of the conveyor may be guide rollers, tension rollers and / or sealing rollers, wherein it automatically comes to a tracking of continuous wiping from the cleaning tank by the tensioned guidance of the continuous wiping in the disposed between the first pair of rollers and the tensioning device cloth carrier area. Alternatively, however, it can also be provided that not only one or both rollers of the first pair of rollers are actively driven, but also other rollers of the conveyor. This may be advantageous to apply a uniform force on the continuous wiping cloth or to promote the movement of the wiping device on the surface to be cleaned. Within the cleaning tank are advantageous, regardless of the first pair of rollers and the clamping device, arranged rollers for guiding and deflecting the endless wiping cloth. These rollers cause that located within the cleaning tank second cloth section does not simply sink to the bottom of the cleaning tank, but rather fills the largest possible volume of the cleaning tank. In order to arrange the second cloth section as uniformly as possible along the conveying direction within the cleaning tank, it may be advantageous to provide, in addition to the first pair of rolls, further actively rotated rollers which further convey a subregion of the second cloth section within the cleaning tank. Moreover, rollers or other devices suitable for water separation are arranged at the transition from the cloth carrier area into the cleaning tank, which wring out the cloth before it leaves the cleaning tank so that it is available with an optimum amount of water for a wiping operation and at the same time remaining portion of the cleaning liquid within the cleaning tank remains, including the dirt removed from the continuous wipe.
It is proposed that the tensioning device has a second pair of rollers which clamps the endless wiping cloth between them and whose rollers are set to passively pass through the movement of the continuous wiping cloth in the conveying direction upon overcoming a force acting against the rollers and directed against the conveying direction of the continuous wiping cloth. The two rollers of the second pair of rollers are thus purely passively rotated rollers, which are moved exclusively due to the tracking of the continuous wiping cloth in the cleaning tank. The rollers are designed so that they oppose the conveying movement of the endless wiping cloth a counter force. This can be achieved by subjecting the rollers to an increased frictional force during rotation, or in particular by connecting the rollers to a rotary shaft by means of a spring so that the rotation of the roller takes place against the restoring force of the spring. For example. This spring can be a worm-spring. The rollers of the clamping device rotate only when the spring force can be overcome. This is regularly the case when an actively driven roller of the first pair of rollers, which conveys the continuous wiping cloth into the cleaning tank, is in operation.
It is further proposed that a first cloth passage area and a second cloth passage area formed separately therebetween are formed between the cloth carrier area and the cleaning tank, the first cloth passage area having the first pair of rollers, and the second cloth passage area having the tensioning device. According to this embodiment, the cleaning tank has two separate cloth passage portions for introducing the endless wiping cloth into and out of the cleaning tank. The first cloth passage area serves for the entrance of the endless wipe and the second cloth passage area for the exit of the endless wipe. The first cloth passage region in this case has the first pair of rollers with one or two actively driven rollers, while the second cloth passage portion comprises the tensioning device, which may also be a pair of rollers with exclusively passively rotated rollers or with one or two actively driven rollers.
It is recommended that the length of the second cloth section is greater than a shortest possible path of the endless wiping cloth through the cleaning tank around the guide elements around. In particular, it is recommended that the length of the second tissue section is at least 10 percent greater than the shortest possible path. The shortest possible way is that path within the cleaning tank which the continuous wipe describes when it is fully stretched inside the cleaning tank, including a path around the guide elements located in the cleaning tank. In this shortest path, the material of the continuous wiping cloth is stretched and does not show the waves occurring according to the invention, wrinkles u. on. According to the invention is now as long as possible cloth section within the cleaning tank, the length open at the top, d. H. not limited. It is understood that the cleaning tank provides a sufficient amount of cleaning liquid for the second cloth section contained therein. The amount of the cleaning liquid is preferably three times the volume of cloth contained in the cleaning tank. In addition, advantageously more than half of the entire length of the continuous wiping cloth is located as a second cloth section within the cleaning tank, more preferably more than two thirds of the length. Thus, the second cloth section of the continuous wiping cloth can move freely in the cleaning liquid as a whole.
It is proposed that the cleaning tank has a device for forcing a flow independent of the conveyance of the continuous wiping cloth, in particular a turbine, and / or a mechanical cleaning device for the mechanical processing of the endless wiping cloth, in particular one or more freely movable and / or in the cleaning tank on a roll surface and / or arranged on a cleaning tank wall cleaning body. Basically, already due to the cleaning movement of the Moistening device on the surface to be cleaned, a movement of the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank instead. This liquid movement can be supported according to the invention by forcing an additional flow within the cleaning tank. For this purpose, a device, such as, for example, a motor-driven turbine, can be used to circulate the liquid. In addition, cleaning bodies contained in the cleaning liquid, for example. Spheres, support the cleaning of the continuous wiping cloth. These cleaning bodies may be arranged freely movable within the cleaning tank, so that they are moved by a movement of the continuous wiping cloth and / or by a flow of the cleaning liquid and impact against or pass past the continuous wiping cloth. In this case, dirt contained in the continuous wiping cloth is delivered to the cleaning liquid. In addition, cleaning bodies may be arranged on the roll surface and / or on the cleaning tank wall. This can be, for example, ribs, balls, nubs, pyramids, cones, cylinders or the like projecting from the roll surface or the cleaning tank wall. In addition, the cleaning bodies can also be formed by a roughness of the roll surface or the cleaning tank wall.
In addition, it is proposed that the cleaning tank has a display device for indicating the contamination of the cleaning liquid, in particular a translucent portion of a cleaning tank wall and / or a sensor arranged within the cleaning tank associated display. Since more and more dirt accumulates in the cleaning tank during the wiping process, it must be emptied from time to time. For this purpose, it is advantageous if the user receives information about the degree of contamination of the cleaning liquid. For this purpose, a display device is proposed, which is designed in the manner of a viewing window within the cleaning tank. Through this window or the overall translucent design of the cleaning tank, the user of the wet wiper can recognize when the cleaning fluid must be replaced. In addition, the cleaning tank, a sensor, in particular an optical sensor, be assigned, which detects the increasing turbidity of the cleaning liquid and sends a corresponding signal to a display.
Furthermore, it is proposed that a partial region of the cloth carrier region which is in contact with the surface to be cleaned in a position of use of the dampening wiper is designed to be flexurally elastic and convex relative to the unloaded state. For example, this convex portion, which is placed on the surface to be cleaned for wiping, be a spring element, for example. A flexurally elastic rail, which is designed so that the cloth regardless of a curvature or unevenness of the surface to be cleaned evenly on the surface can be pressed and the first cloth section is stretched within the cloth carrier area. In conjunction with a resilient material of the continuous wiping cloth can be additionally achieved a compensation of uneven surfaces.
Furthermore, it is proposed that the cleaning tank is arranged with respect to a usual direction of travel of the wet wiper over the surface to be cleaned behind the cloth carrier area. The usual direction of travel of the dampening device is determined by the direction of rotation of the rollers of the conveyor. In the direction of travel, the cloth carrier area thus leads the cleaning tank ahead.
Alternatively, the cleaning tank may be formed in a handle of the wet mop and / or between the cloth carrier area and the handle of the wet mop. Depending on the desired geometry of the wet mop, the cleaning tank can thus be arranged more or less close to the surface to be cleaned. In this case, portions of the dampening device, such as, for example, the handle, can be used to provide a corresponding volume for a cleaning tank available. In particular, such arrangements are suitable, which allow a particularly easy cloth change and accessibility to a drive motor for the rollers.
In addition, it can also be provided that the dampening device has an additional suction device which sucks by means of a motor fan and suitable flow channels, coarse dirt before and / or behind the cloth carrier area, optionally also laterally next to it.
The conveyor of the wiping device can in principle be operated so that the continuous wiping cloth is either permanently conveyed from the cloth carrier area in the cleaning tank and back, or only in sections. In the latter case, for example, an individually adjustable, step by step conveying movement of the continuous wiping cloth can take place so that the first cloth section connected to the surface to be cleaned is completely or partially replaced.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the cleaning tank of the wiping device has a first tank chamber and a second tank chamber. The first tank chamber, which pass from a section of the continuous wipe first contains the cleaning liquid for cleaning the continuous wipe, while the second tank chamber, which is then passed through by the corresponding portion of the continuous wipe, contains a cleaning agent for the wiping operation of the continuous wipe on the surface to be cleaned. The second tank chamber thus serves to re-conditioning the continuous wipe with detergent, which allows optimal separation of dirt from the surface to be cleaned. Stripping means are advantageously provided between the first and the second tank chamber, which prevent leakage of cleaning liquid into the second tank chamber or an entry of cleaning agent into the first tank chamber. Incidentally, the formation of the conveyor can be constructed according to the same criteria as the wet mops described above with only a single tank chamber. However, in order to keep the endless wiping cloth in both the first tank chamber and in the second tank chamber free of traction, so that the waves or wrinkles according to the invention can form, it is necessary that both within the first tank chamber, as well as within the second tank chamber a pair of rollers is arranged with at least one actively driven roller, so that a certain excess length of continuous wiping, which extends beyond the length of a tensioned state of the endless wiping, both within the first tank chamber, and within the second tank chamber is arranged. All other versions with respect to the clamping device, the mechanical cleaning device, the display device and the arrangement of the cleaning tank within the wet mop are analogously applicable in the training with two tank chambers.
Finally, it is proposed that the moistening device has a fabric part and the cleaning tank having first device part and a second device part, wherein the device parts in the region corresponding to each other guide elements of the conveyor, in particular between two rollers of a pair of rollers, are separable from each other. The wet cleaning device then consists of two separable equipment parts, which are arranged one above the other in a usual position of use of the device. For example, the second device part is arranged on the first device part. The second device part carries, for example, the motor and an actively driven for the transport of the endless wiping cloth roller and a passive roller. By contrast, the lower, first device part has the cleaning tank with the continuous wiping cloth, the cloth carrier region and passive rollers for the cloth transport corresponding to the rollers of the second device part. With this configuration, a user of the wet wiper can make a change of Endloswischtuches particularly easy. To do this, he separates the two parts of the appliance from each other and removes the continuous wiping cloth from the then uncovered cleaning tank and replaces it with a fresh continuous wiping cloth. Subsequently, the first device part is closed again with the second device part, whereby at the same time the corresponding guide elements of the conveyor, d. H. the rollers, find each other and are available for a promotion of the continuous wiping cloth through the cleaning tank.
Es zeigen:In the following the invention will be explained in more detail by means of exemplary embodiments. Show it:
