Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to an extractor hood with at least one umbrella device, at least one decorative device and at least one illumination device. In this case, the screen device is associated with at least one suction through which rising vapors can be sucked into the hood. The decor essentially covers the intake window in the installed state.

Extractor hoods are often installed on hotplates to suck the rising from cooking greasy fumes and then to free in particular of fat and odors.

In addition to the functional advantages of such extractor hoods, the design also plays a significant role. Among other things, the optics of the extractor hood can be influenced by the lighting of the extractor hood.

Some cooker hoods have different types of lighting. For example, extractor hoods have become known with a workplace lighting and a so-called ambient lighting. With the workplace lighting, the working area below the extractor hood can be advantageously illuminated. The ambient lighting usually serves mostly optics.

It is the object of the present invention to provide an extractor hood which has a particularly attractive lighting.

This object is achieved by an extractor hood with the features of claim 1. Preferred developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims. Further advantages and features of the invention will become apparent from the embodiments.

The extractor hood according to the invention comprises at least one screen device, at least one decorative device and at least one illumination device. In this case, the screen device is associated with at least one suction and the decor substantially covers the intake window in the installed state. In addition, the illumination device has at least one illumination group with at least one luminous means, wherein the illumination group is designed to surround the aspiration window at least in sections.

According to the invention the extractor hood is designed in particular as Schrägesse or headroom hood. In such an extractor hood, the shielding device is usually mounted substantially obliquely, for example, on a platform which may be attached to a wall or on the ceiling above a cooking area.

According to the invention, the screening device is designed in particular as a vapor-conducting screen and can be constructed, for example, in one piece or also in several parts.

The decorative device according to the invention is designed in particular as a decorative panel which substantially completely covers the suction window when the decorative unit is present in the installed state on the extractor hood.

The suction window can preferably be formed in the screen device or limited by at least a part of the screen device.

In the extractor hood according to the invention in particular an extraction is provided in which ascending vapor is sucked through a gap between the decor device and the screen device in the suction window.

According to the invention, the luminous means can be designed, for example, as a luminous tube, which circumscribes the aspiration window at least in sections. However, the illumination group preferably also comprises a plurality of lighting means, which are then arranged in particular at a regular distance at least in sections around the suction window. In particular, the use of LEDs is advantageous, which provide sufficient luminosity with low energy consumption available.

The extractor hood according to the invention offers many advantages. A considerable advantage is that in the extractor hood according to the invention a particularly attractive lighting can be provided, in particular, an illumination of the screen device is achieved. Such illumination is referred to below as Ambientebeleuchtung. Due to the fact that the lighting means are provided essentially circumferential around the suction window, particularly beautiful light effects on the extractor hood or on the screen device can be achieved.

The lighting group is preferably designed such that it essentially completely circumscribes the suction window. Especially in such a Design particularly beautiful lighting effects can be achieved by the ambient lighting.

In order to achieve a particularly attractive lighting of the extractor hood, the lighting device is particularly preferably concealed by the decor device in the installed state substantially.

As a result, an indirect lighting is preferably provided on the hood, which can achieve appealing lighting effects, the bulbs are hidden visually appealing. The components of the indirect lighting are not visible from the outside added to the hood.

In appropriate embodiments, the illuminant is then directed at least in sections against the shielding device. In this way, a certain illumination of the screen device can be achieved, whereby a pleasant indirect lighting can be achieved.

Preferably, the illuminant is at least partially directed against the decor. This also makes it possible to achieve an indirect illumination, whereby a dazzling of the user is avoided by this illumination method.

In preferred embodiments, the shielding means has a substantially concave shape. In this case, in particular the suction window is provided in a central region of the screen device, which essentially constitutes the lowest point of the concave screen device. Thus, in the installed state of the extractor hood, the edges of the umbrella device are pulled further towards a user than the central area of the umbrella device. Preferably, the illumination device is associated with at least one diffuser device. The diffuser device is preferably made of a substantially transparent material, wherein the diffuser device is at least partially made of this material. The diffuser device then advantageously obscures the direct view of the lighting device or of the lighting means of the lighting group.

Preferably, the screen device is at least partially made of glass, wherein the light generated by the light source is coupled into the glass of the screen device at least in sections. In this case, the light can be coupled in particular via the diffuser in the glass. In general, the coupling of the light into the glass of the screen means that a particularly appealing indirect illumination is provided, this being achieved by a slight shimmer in the glass.

Particularly preferably, at least one illumination module is provided, which has at least one frame device and makes the illumination device available.
