Description
The invention relates to a method for borrowing a suitable for a shopping means of transport, in which a means of transport for use and subsequent return is provided at a return point of a market for each customer and the means of transport has a detection means, wherein the customer is a mobile communication device with it leads, wherein the method uses at least one motivator, which is intended to convey the return of the means of transport to the customer after the completion of his shopping, and wherein either before the return of the means of transport to the return point on the means of transport used by the customer, a first recognition process such is carried out that the mobile communication device and the transport means are associated with each other and associated identifiers of the mobile communication device and the means of transport using at least one computer technology chem system or that no first recognition process is performed.
Based on this prior art, the object of the invention is to develop a method of the type mentioned so that neither means for locking the means of transport at a dispensing station nor deposit locks or anti-theft roles or security tags are required for borrowing the transport. Also, no power source is required at the return points, with the separate, certain to register the means of transport detection means must be supplied with energy. The process to be found should thus be feasible with a minimum of technical means.
The method to be found should also be able to detect and correct occasional erroneous applications of the method.
- - That during the return of the means of transport using the mobile communication device two recognition processes are performed, recognized by one of the two recognition processes the returned transport and provided by the other recognition process the evidence that the means of transport has been returned and
- - That as a result of the two recognition processes carried out and using the at least one computer-technological system, the at least one, previously effective motivator becomes ineffective and the series arrangement of stacked means of transport, are updated by the at least one computer-technological device stored data.
The optionally carried out before the return of the means of transport first detection process is advantageously carried out with the help of the mobile communication device, since the assignment of mobile communication device and means of transport can be implemented easily and directly. The implementation by another device is conceivable, provided that the assignment is achieved. An effective motivator that does not require the first recognition process to be performed is, for example, a deposit calculated at the cash register of the market. The Motivator will be invalidated by a refund due to the detection procedures performed upon the return of the means of transport. An effective motivator that provides for performing the first recognition process is, for example, enabling goods to be detected during shopping using the mobile communication device. The achievable by the first recognition process assignment of mobile communication device and means of transport is advantageous for the assignment of the data detected goods to a means of transport containing this product. To carry out the method at least the distinction between a borrowed, in use means of transport and at the return point and not in use means of transport is required. It is assumed that the transport means located at the return point form stacked bundles, which together form a transport trolley stock of a market. It is advantageous to distinguish at least three states of use, wherein the first state of use corresponds to that of a transport means in use and not in a stack composite, wherein the second state of use corresponds to that of a stacked and not in use means of transport and wherein the third state of use of a corresponds neither in use nor in a stack composite transport. The third state of use is equivalent to lost means of transport. It is also advantageous to distinguish a fourth state of use, wherein the fourth state of use corresponds to a new in the transport vehicle inventory, not yet taken into use trolley. Both the user program of the at least one mobile communication device used for carrying out the method and the software of the at least one computer-technological system used for carrying out the method differentiate the states of use mentioned in such a way that identifiers of transport trolleys and usage states can be assigned to one another and changes in usage states are made programmatically be recorded. Before the first application of the method in a market, the following technical conditions are appropriate:
All means of transport of the market are equipped with recognition means, so that each means of transport is individualized with an identification. The identifiers of all means of transport of the market are assigned to the fourth state of use and stored with the help of at least one computer-technological device. The mobile communication device of each customer using the method is equipped with a user program supporting the method. The mobile communication device is suitable with the aid of a first data connection to detect the detection means of a means of transport and thereby read out the identifier. The mobile communication device and the at least one computer-technological device are suitable for exchanging data with the aid of a second data connection. The advantage of the fourth state of use is that when equipping markets with means of transport, it is not necessary to collect means of transport in stacked assemblies. It is sufficient, as known, to provide the means of transport in any arrangement for use. The commissioning of each transport then takes place by first recognition of a detection means by a mobile communication device. The mobile communication device is thereby caused, and with the aid of the user program, to associate the mobile communication device, means of transport, first state of use and time of the recognition process and to indicate to the customer, with the aid of a user interface of the mobile communication device, the success of the recognition process. The mobile communication device is further caused, upon the conclusion of a data connection to transmit the data associated with each other to the at least one computer-technological system. The computer-technological system determines in a search process, which use state the identifier is previously assigned to the data stored by the at least one computer-technological system and finds the assignment to the fourth state of use. The at least one computer-technological system updates this assignment now according to the data transmitted from the mobile communication device, and assigns the identifier to the first usage state, the mobile communication device, and the acquired time data. The success of the update is reconfirmed to the mobile communication device. Otherwise, the mobile communication device attempts a retransmission. Linking with time data provides a high degree of offline functionality. The computer-technological system can thus arrange data transmitted by mobile communication devices in time without the need for transmission in the correct chronological order. Another advantage of offline functionality is that, following detection of the recognition means, the customer does not have to wait for the mobile communication device and computer-technological system to exchange data. The mobile communication device can thus indicate the success of the recognition process immediately after it has occurred. From the advantageous offline functionality results that the mobile communication device to the customer indicates the success of the recognition process before it could be communicated to the mobile communication device by exchanging data with the computer-technological system, with which state of use determined by the recognition process identifier in the database of the computer technological system is linked. It follows, in turn, that the success message must be the same, no matter what use state the identifier is linked and that in each case an update of the previous state of use for the first state of use takes place.
- – das Ermitteln und Übermitteln von Ortsdaten, beispielsweise GPS-Daten des mobilen Kommunikationsgeräts;
- – eine Benachrichtigung des Marktes, dem das Transportmittel verloren gegangen ist;
The computer-technological system determines in a search process, which use state the identifier is previously assigned to the data stored by the at least one computer-technological system data and finds the assignment to the third state of use. The at least one computer-technological system then initiates method steps which serve to determine the location of the lost means of transport and its return. Suitable process steps are in particular
- The determination and transmission of location data, for example GPS data of the mobile communication device;
- A notification of the market to which the means of transport has been lost;
- A message, which is made by means of a user interface of the mobile communication device, which market the lost means of transport belongs to and how a return can take place; such as
- - the reward of the return.
It is also expedient to link the identifiers of the means of transport with a location data defining a designated area of use. This makes it possible to update the state of use of a means of transport for the third state of use when the means of transport on the basis of location data of the mobile communication device during the first recognition process is not located in the intended area of use. Furthermore, this makes it possible to update the state of use from the third state of use to the first state of use when the means of transport using location data of the mobile communication device during the first recognition process is still in the intended use area, without causing the return of a lost means of transport serving process steps ,
When the means of transport are returned, two, second and third recognition processes, which are optionally carried out prior to the return of the first recognition process, are carried out with the aid of the mobile communication device, wherein the transport means returned by one of the two subsequent recognition processes is recognized and proof is provided by the other recognition process that the means of transport has been returned. This is advantageously feasible as follows:
The mobile communication device detects the return of the means of transport by detecting the detection means of a transport means located at the return location. The effort at the return station stationary existing detection means can be avoided in this way. A transport means "b" located at the return station and a transport means "a" returned to the return station form an ordered pair <a, b>. By the second and third recognition process thus data of such an ordered pair are created. When using means of transportation by customers and repeated application of the method, a large amount of data of ordered pairs is generated. From this data can turn the order of the means of transport in be a stack composite, so that there are always up-to-date inventory data: Let <a, b> be a first ordered pair, <a ', b'> a second ordered pair, and let b = a ', then it follows the order a, b, b '. Thus, with the aid of the second and the third recognition process, stock data of the means of transport located at at least one return location can be continuously updated such that the computer-technological system can distinguish between a returned means of transport and a means of transport located at the return location. If it is known by a previously performed second and third recognition process that a means of transport a 'is part of a stack composite a', b ', then it can be recognized by the equality b = a', first, that in the now performed second and third recognition process "b" an on-return and "a" is a returned means of transport, without the optional first recognition process being performed. If it is known by a previously performed second and third recognition process that a means of transport a 'is part of a stack composite a', b ', it can be recognized by the equality b = a' secondly, in which order the transport means a 'present at the return , b 'are without the optional first detection process has been performed. The at least one computer-technological device can thus calculate from an initially disordered, non-order inventory of means of transport by repeated application of the method an increasingly ordered, sequences of means of transport exhibiting inventory of means of transport. Unlike in the case of the first recognition process and thus in the case of lending a means of transport in the case of the second and third recognition process and thus upon return of a means of transport, a data exchange between mobile communication device and computer-technological system is required. The computer-technological system determined by a search operation associated with the two identities use states, wherein in the case of the returned means of transport, the first state of use and in the case of located at the return means of transport the second or fourth state of use is determined. This causes the computer-technological system to update a stored stack group to which the returned transport is added. The state of use of the transport means located at the return location is updated from the second or fourth state of use to the second state of use. As a result of the two carried out subsequent recognition operations and using the at least one computer-technological system, the choice of the identifiers of the mobile communication device and the means of transport is optionally canceled with the aid of the first recognition process and the success of the return of the means of transport is the customer using a user interface of his communicated mobile communication device. The assignment of identifiers of the mobile communication device and the means of transport form an effective motivator to return the means of transport. Canceling the assignment will render the motivator ineffective. This motivator, which in any case exists when using the first recognition process, can be supplemented by further motivators. From the advantageous definitions mentioned so far, there are correction mechanisms which make the method robust against errors, in particular of the customers. A first error may be that there is no data connection between the mobile communication device and the computer-technological device for performing the subsequent recognition processes. Since the first recognition process can be carried out offline and a time distance to the downstream recognition processes can be achieved by an intermediate shopping process, an offline working mobile communication device is advantageously caused by the first recognition process to search for a network and, for example, to connect to a WLAN of the market to establish a data connection to the computer-technological system in good time. If this is not possible, the mobile communication device can already display the error to the customer during the shopping process with the aid of a user interface, so that the customer can request service, for example. Another correction mechanism is that data of the detected detection processes for any subsequent transmission to the computer-technological system are stored and this is communicated to the customer using a user interface. Customer-friendly, this leads to the conclusion of the lending process for the customer, if due to the two carried out subsequent recognition processes, the assignment of the identifiers of the mobile communication device and the means of transport is canceled even if there is no acknowledgment of the recognized return of a means of transport on the part of the computer-technological system , A second error may be that a transport is borrowed without actually performing a designated first recognition process while the second and third recognition processes are being performed. As a first program correction mechanism can be determined that when recognizing only one means of transport in the second state of use, the return of the other means of transport accepted and its use state is updated to the second state of use. Can not be determined based on the detected detection processes, which means of transport is returned and which at the Return station is located, so this can be queried as a second correction mechanism via the user interface of the mobile communication device from the customer. In order to avoid the error at all, it is expedient to effectively motivate and / or control the implementation of the first recognition process, for example to have it carried out at the checkout. A third mistake may be that the customer does not perform the second and third recognition processes or only one of them when returning the means of transport. The return of the means of transport can not be recognized. A first correction mechanism provides that when a defined time is exceeded after the first recognition process has been carried out and / or when leaving the intended usage area, a request is made to the customer to return the means of transport. For this purpose, the mobile communication device uses its own time and / or location data. A second correction mechanism provides for notification of the market. A fourth error may be that recognition operations are not performed on the loaned, returned, and return vehicles, but on other means of transportation. If, for example, a first customer carries out the first recognition process and a second customer then carries out the first recognition process on the same means of transport, the error is automatically corrected by the fact that either the first or the second customer carries out the subsequent recognition processes so that the program can determine the program which first recognition process is assigned to the subsequent recognition processes. So z. B. a customer to another customer during the purchase a means of transport passed without affecting the feasibility of the process. Likewise by way of example, it is conceivable that a customer carries out the first recognition process on a means of transport and then decides to use another means of transport. If the customer now carries out the first recognition process again on the other means of transport, it can be determined programmatically that the borrowing of the first means of transport was thereby undone. The described errors and similar errors are repeatedly corrected by the fact that subsequent customers carry out the procedure correctly, so that incorrect data is replaced by correct data. Since the probability is very low that accidentally the same means of transport will be mistreated in immediately successive applications of the method, the method achieves a level of reliability that is more than sufficient in practice. The automatic correction by subsequent applications of the method allows customer-friendly to tolerate occasional errors from customers. This in turn leads to a likewise customer-friendly simple operation, which requires the customer as few error messages and error corrections as possible.
