Die in Fig. 2 des eingangs genannten Gebrauchsmusters aufgezeigte, als Steckverbindung gestaltete Konstruktion ist bezüglich der geschilderten Zugkräfte verbesserungswürdig. Die Kopplungseinrichtung ist somit keinen Biegekräften ausgesetzt. Die Überlappung der Abschnitte kann durchaus nur auf einer Ebene erfolgen. Zweckmäßiger ist es jedoch, die Überlappung der Abschnitte auf wenigstens zwei unterschiedlichen Ebenen vorzunehmen, so dass die zwischen dem Befestigungsteil und dem Zwischenteil geschaffene Verbindung sich als äußerst stabil erweist. Fig. 1 zeigt ein Pfandschloss 1 von jener Seite aus betrachtet, von der ein Pfand (Münze, Karte und dgl.) in eine bekannte, im Pfandschloss 1 befindliche Kopplungseinrichtung 2 einführbar ist. Auf der gegenüberliegenden, hier nicht sichtbaren Seite des Pfandschlosses 1 befindet sich in bekannter Weise eine Öffnung, die zur Aufnahme des Kopplungselementes 3 eines weiteren Transportwagens bestimmt ist, siehe Fig. 5. Das Pfandschloss 1 weist ein Befestigungsteil 4 auf, das an einem Tragabschnitt 16 ortsfest befestigt ist, der sich an einem Transportwagen 15 befindet. Das Pfandschloss 1 ist ferner mit einem Zwischenteil 6 ausgestattet, das auf das Ende einer am Transportwagen 15 befindlichen Griffstange 18 aufgesteckt ist. Das Befestigungsteil 4 weist einen bevorzugt horizontal verlaufenden Abschnitt 5 auf, der in Richtung zur Griffstange 18 verlängert ist. Das Zwischenteil 6 besitzt einen Abschnitt 7, der wiederum bevorzugt horizontal in Richtung zum Tragabschnitt 16 verlängert ist. Die Abschnitte 5, 7 sind gegenseitig sich überlappend angeordnet und über diese gewöhnlich horizontal verlaufende Überlappung 8 miteinander lösbar verbunden. Das Verbinden der Abschnitte 5, 7 kann durch Verschrauben oder Verstiften oder auch durch Formschluss verschiedenster Art erfolgen. Die Kopplungseinrichtung 2 des Pfandschlosses 1 kann sowohl aus zu montierenden Einzelteilen und/oder Baugruppen bestehen, als auch durch eine kassettenförmige Baueinheit gebildet sein, die in einem am Pfandschloss 1 befindlichen, nicht näher dargestellten Raum untergebracht ist. Im Beispiel befindet sich die Kopplungseinrichtung 2 komplett im Abschnitt 7 des Zwischenteiles 6. Die Kopplungseinrichtung 2 kann auch zusätzlich das Befestigungsteil 4 beanspruchen. Auch ist es möglich, die Kopplungseinrichtung 2 ausschließlich im Abschnitt 5 des Befestigungsteiles 4 unterzubringen. Im Beispiel ist die in axialer Richtung der Griffstange 18 gemessene Länge A der Überlappung 8 größer als die in gleicher Richtung gemessene Breite B der im Beispiel als Kassette gestalteten Kopplungseinrichtung 2. Das Pfandschloss 1 trägt an geeigneter Stelle ein bekanntes Kopplungselement 3, das aus einer Art Schlüssel besteht, der an einem flexiblen Teil, etwa einer Kette befestigt ist, wobei das flexible Teil wiederum am Pfandschloss 1 angeordnet ist, siehe Fig. 5. Mit den Positionszahlen 10 gekennzeichnet sind in der Zeichnung zwei horizontal verlaufende, strichpunktiert gezeichnete Linienabschnitte dargestellt, die je zwei gemeinsame vertikale oder annähernd vertikale Verbindungsflächen 9 von Befestigungsteil 4 und Zwischenteil 6 kreuzen. Die Linienabschnitte 10 sollen bekannte Rastmittel andeuten, mit deren Hilfe das Befestigungsteil 4 und das Zwischenteil 6 nach ihrem Zusammenfügen zusätzlich gesichert werden können. Die von der horizontal verlaufenden Überlappung 8 ausgehenden gemeinsamen Verbindungsflächen 9 können natürlich auch als weiterer Teil der Überlappung 8 betrachtet werden. Die Überlappung 8 braucht also nicht nur durch den in der Zeichnung ersichtlichen horizontalen Abschnitt gebildet sein. Letzteres wird dann deutlich, wenn man z.B. die Zeichnung zu Fig. 1 um 90° dreht. Die Überlappung 8 von Befestigungsteil 4 und Zwischenteil 6 weist dann einen annähernd Z-förmigen, also winkligen Verlauf auf. Das Zusammenfügen von Befestigungsteil 4 und Zwischenteil 6 kann grundsätzlich auf verschiedene Weise erfolgen. Entscheidend ist die jeweilige Wahl des Formschlusses.Fig. 1 shows a

In auf das Befestigungsteil 4 aufgesetztem Zustand stützt sich das Zwischenteil 6 quer zur Längsrichtung der Griffstange 18 an der Wand 22 und damit am Befestigungsteil 4 ab, wobei dann die gemeinsamen Verbindungsflächen 9 von Befestigungsteil 4 und Zwischenteil 6 aneinander anliegen und die Überlappung 8 etwa so gebildet ist, wie in Fig. 1 beschrieben. Im Beispiel sind an der Innenseite der Wand 22 zwei konisch gestaltete Vorsprünge 13 vorgesehen und am vorderen Ende der höher gelegenen Verbindungsfläche 9 ist eine ebenfalls konisch gestaltete Vertiefung 14 eingearbeitet. Am aufzusetzenden, nicht dargestellten Zwischenteil 6 sind an entsprechenden Stellen zur Aufnahme der Vorsprünge 13 bestimmte Vertiefungen 14 und ein zum Einfügen in die Vertiefung 14 bestimmter Vorsprung 13 vorgesehen. Die Vorsprünge 13 und Vertiefungen 14 bilden gemeinsame Verbindungsabschnitte, die zum abschließend lage-und passgenauen Verbinden von Befestigungsteil 4 und Zwischenteil 6 bestimmt sind. Das Aufsetzen des Zwischenteiles 6 auf das Befestigungsteil 4 erfolgt anfangs lageversetzt, d.h. das Zwischenteil 6 wird in der Zeichnung etwas nach rechts versetzt von oben her nach unten so auf das Befestigungsteil 4 gesetzt, dass die gemeinsamen Verbindungsflächen 9 aneinander anliegen und die Überlappung 8 größtenteils gebildet ist. Anschließend wird das Zwischenteil 6 in der Zeichnung nach links gegen die Wand 22 gedrückt, so dass über die erwähnten Vorsprünge 13 und Vertiefungen 14 ein formschlüssiger Zusammenschluss von Befestigungsteil 4 und Zwischenteil 6 erzielt wird. Der Zusammenfügevorgang verläuft bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel zuerst in vertikaler und dann in horizontaler Richtung, siehe abgewinkelter Doppelpfeil.4 shows in a spatial representation of a further embodiment of a
Fig. 5 zeigt einen als Einkaufswagen gestalteten Transportwagen 15, dessen Pfandschloss 1 an der rechten Seite der Schiebeeinrichtung 17 des Transportwagens 15 angeordnet ist. Claims (9)
- A deposit lock (1) for a trolley (15), in particular a shopping trolley, comprising a fixing member (4) for fixing to a supporting part (16) on the trolley (15) and comprising an intermediate member (6) connected to the fixing member (4) and intended to be fixed or supported on the handlebar (18) of the trolley (15), wherein the deposit lock (1) comprises a coupling device (2) and a coupling member (3) provided for coupling to the deposit lock (1) of a further, like trolley (15) and wherein the fixing member (4) is extended in the direction of the handlebar (18) by a portion (5), and the intermediate member (6) is extended in the direction of the supporting part (16) by a portion (7), characterised in that the portions (5, 7) are arranged so as to overlap one another and in that the coupling device (2) is arranged in at least one of the portions (5, 7).
- A deposit lock according to claim 1, characterised in that the portions (5, 7) are connected to one another in an interlocking and/or snap-locking manner by means of the overlap (8).
- A deposit lock according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the overlap (8) produced by the arrangement of the portions (5, 7) extends horizontally or in an angular manner.
- A deposit lock according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the length of the overlap (8) measured in the axial direction of the handlebar (18) is greater than the width of the coupling device (2) measured in the same direction.
- A deposit lock according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the fixing member (4) and the intermediate member (6) have common connecting surfaces (9) arranged vertically or substantially vertically.
- A deposit lock according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the intermediate member (6) is supported on the fixing member (4) transversely to the longitudinal direction of the handlebar (18).
- A deposit lock according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that common connecting parts are provided on the fixing member (4) and the intermediate member (6) and are intended to lock the fixing member (4) and the intermediate member (6) together with positional accuracy.
- A deposit lock according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the process of connecting the fixing member (4) and the intermediate member (6) takes place horizontally or vertically, or vertically and then horizontally.
- A deposit lock according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the fixing member (4) and the intermediate member (6) are additionally screwed or pinned together.
