Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Faustsattelscheibenbremse 1 mit einem fest am Fahrzeug montierten Halter 3, an dem ein Faustsattel 2 mit seinem Gehäuse axial verschiebbar gelagert und über eine an einem Vorsprung vom äußeren Gehäuseschenkel 6 angreifende Gehäusehaltefeder 4 mit wenigstens einem Federschenkel 5 gegen Auflagen 7, 8 vom Halter 3 verspannt ist, und der Halter 3 Reibbeläge 10, 11 drehfest sowie axial verschiebbar aufnimmt. Montage und Ausbildung der Befederung bekannter Scheibenbremsen ist verbesserungswürdig. Der Faustsattel ist dagegen in Relation zu dem Halter axial verschiebbar und tangential fest gelagert und erzeugt die Zuspannkräfte über einen Reibbelag der direkt von einem oder mehreren Kolben betätigt wird. Der andere Reibbelag wird indirekt über Gehäusereaktionskräfte durch einen Gehäuseschenkel (Faustfingerseite) betätigt. Bei den bekannten Faustsattelscheibenbremsen wird üblicherweise die Gehäusehaltefeder zum Ende der Montage sowie für einen Betrachter der Scheibenbremse sichtbar eingehängt.
