Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Dichtungssystem (100) für Einbaugegenstände wie beispielsweise eine Duschtasse, welches ein Dichtband (110) zur teilweisen Anordnung zwischen dem Einbaugegenstand und einer Gebäudefläche enthält. Des Weiteren weist das Dichtungssystem einen Schutzstreifen (120) auf, welcher im Bereich eines Überstandes (Ü) des Dichtbandes über den Einbaugegenstand angeordnet wird. Der Schutzstreifen verhindert den Kontakt einer Silikonfuge mit Kleber des Dichtbandes. Gemäß einem ersten Aspekt betrifft die Erfindung ein Dichtungssystem für den Anschluss eines Einbaugegenstandes an eine Gebäudefläche. Bei dem Einbaugegenstand kann es sich insbesondere um einen sanitären Gegenstand wie beispielsweise eine Duschtasse, eine Wanne, einen Bodenablauf, oder ein Waschbecken handeln. Des Weiteren wird der Begriff "Gebäudefläche" vorliegend allgemein für einen Körper verwendet, zu welchem der Einbaugegenstand im installierten Zustand Kontakt haben soll. Es kann sich somit insbesondere um eine vertikal verlaufende Wand handeln, ebenso jedoch auch um horizontal verlaufende Flächen wie beispielsweise einen Boden. Das Dichtungssystem enthält die folgenden Komponenten:

a) Ein Dichtband zur teilweisen Anordnung zwischen dem Einbaugegenstand und der Gebäudefläche derart, dass es einen Überstand gegenüber einer Kante des Einbaugegenstandes aufweist. Wie der Begriff "Band" andeutet, wird das Dichtband im Wesentlichen eine streifenförmige Erstreckung mit einer gegebenen Breite und einer quasi beliebigen ("endlosen") Länge aufweisen. Die Längserstreckung des Dichtbandes wird dabei im installierten Zustand im Allgemeinen parallel zur Kante des Einbaugegenstandes verlaufen. Der genannte Überstand stellt einen Teil des Dichtbandes dar, welcher nicht zwischen Einbaugegenstand und Gebäudefläche angeordnet bzw. eingeklemmt ist und beispielsweise vertikal nach oben über den Rand einer Duschtasse oder Wanne hinaussteht. Das Dichtband kann im Prinzip ähnlich wie ein Dichtungsstreifen gemäß der EP 1 967 107 B1 aufgebaut sein, deren Inhalt somit vollumfänglich in die vorliegende Anmeldung aufgenommen wird.
b) Einen Schutzstreifen, welcher im Bereich des genannten Überstandes des Dichtbandes angeordnet werden kann oder angeordnet ist so dass er nur einen Teil des Überstandes bedeckt. Der Schutzstreifen kann insbesondere eine geringere Breite als der Überstand haben. Er kann vorzugsweise raumseitig auf dem Überstand des Dichtbandes angeordnet werden (d. h. auf der von der Gebäudefläche abgewandten Seite des Dichtbandes).

e) Einen Schutzstreifen, welcher raumseitig vor dem Überstand im Bereich der Fuge angeordnet ist.

Die 1–3 zeigen eine erste Ausführungsform eines Dichtungssystems 100, welches aus einem Dichtband 110 (mit den Bestandteilen 111–116) sowie einem Schutzstreifen 120 besteht, wobei in diesem Beispiel Dichtband und Schutzstreifen bereits miteinander verbunden sind. Das Dichtband 110 enthält im Einzelnen die folgenden (optionalen) Komponenten:

– Ein Trägermaterial 111, welches sich über die gesamte Breite des Dichtbandes 110 erstreckt und typischerweise wasserdicht ist. Das Trägermaterial 111 kann beispielsweise eine Bahn aus Polyethylen mit einer Dicke von ca. 0.8 mm sein.
– Eine erste Kleberschicht 112, welche raumseitig entlang eines Randes des Trägermaterials 111 angeordnet ist. Während der Montage kann das Dichtband 110 mit dieser Kleberschicht 112 an dem Einbaugegenstand dichtend festgeklebt werden. Die Kleberschicht 112 wird vorzugsweise durch einen Butylkleber realisiert.
– Eine haftvermittelnde Schicht 113, welche ebenfalls auf der Raumseite des Trägermaterials 111 angeordnet ist, jedoch entlang einer (im Vergleich zum Kleber 112) gegenüberliegenden Kante. Die haftvermittelnde Schicht 113 kann beispielsweise ein aufkaschiertes Vlies sein, an welchem ein Fliesenkleber gut haften kann. Des Weiteren können in der Randzone des Dichtbandes Ausstanzungen bzw. Löcher 116 vorgesehen sein. Die Ausstanzungen, z.B. in Form einer Lochung, können entweder im Randbereich des Dichtbandes eingebracht sein oder besser in der Verlängerung der haftvermittelnden Schicht 113 (z.B. ein Deck-Vlies), die auf dem Wannendichtband aufgebracht ist. Alternativ kann auch ein Netz oberhalb des Dichtbandes mit eingearbeitet werden. Bei Aufbringung einer Flüssigdichtung kommt es hierdurch zu einer besseren Verbindung des Wannendichtbandes mit dem Baukörper.
– Eine zweite Kleberschicht bzw. einen Putzhaftkleber 114, welcher Wandseitig auf dem Trägermaterial 111 angeordnet ist und mit dem das Dichtband 110 an einer Gebäudefläche wie insbesondere einer Wand festgeklebt werden kann.
