Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a cushion for a backrest of a seat system, in particular a motor vehicle, according to the preamble of claim 1.
From the series production of passenger cars is already a variety of seating systems, especially vehicle seats, known, in which a cushion is used with a seat ventilation device. Such seat ventilation devices are provided, in particular at higher temperatures, to cool the seat occupant or the upholstery and to remove moisture from the body. There are seat ventilation devices that work in the suction mode and those that work in the printing mode. During suction operation, air is circulated essentially within an air-guiding layer of an air-guiding arrangement, wherein moisture which is transported via the seat cover and correspondingly air- and moisture-permeable cushion layers to the air-guiding layer is transported away in the direction of respective outlets via this circulating air. During printing operation, air is distributed via the air-guiding layer and transported to the outside via air-permeable cushion layers and a perforation within the seat cover. This creates a microflow which passes over the seat cover to the outside and cools the seat occupant.

Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a cushion with a seat ventilation device, which is particularly compact and also has a high energy efficiency.
This object is achieved by a pad with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the remaining claims.
To create a cushion of the type mentioned, which is constructed to save space and also has a high energy efficiency, it is inventively provided that the element for generating the air flow is designed as a heating element, by means of which an air flow in a high direction of the Backrest extending air guide element can be generated, which in turn is connected to the air guide layer via connecting elements, whereby the air flow in the air guide layer can be generated by the air flow in the air guide element. In other words, within the running in the vertical direction of the backrest air guide element, which is in particular designed as an air duct, a corresponding air movement or air flow generated by thermal, in which the heating element promotes correspondingly cooler, surrounding air or by appropriately heated air rises within the air guide element , This flow thus caused is commonly referred to as natural convection, taking advantage of density differences resulting from temperature differences in the air. Accordingly, the air movement is generated by thermal or air flow, which as a result of a corresponding suction or vacuum mediated by respective connecting elements, which are designed for example as connecting channels and running in the vertical direction of the backrest air guide element with the usually also extending in the vertical direction of the backrest air guide layer connect, sucked. Consequently, this suction effect leads to an air movement also within the air-guiding layer, so that the correspondingly desired air flow is generated there as well. Thus, the corresponding cooled by a cooling element air is distributed within the air guide layer.
Since on the one hand a cooling element for cooling the air flow within the air guide layer and on the other hand a heating element for generating the air flow within the running in the vertical direction of the back air guide element is needed, in the present case is particularly a common Petierelement, by means of which cold side the corresponding cooling or by means of warm side the corresponding heating of the respective air flows is generated. Thus, a seat ventilation device is achieved with an extremely high energy efficiency overall. In contrast to the previously known state of the art, in particular, the waste heat of the warm side of the Peltier element is also used to thereby the result of thermal To create effects within the air guide element ascending air flow.
In this case, the cooling element and the heating element, and in particular the Peltier element, are preferably arranged at a lower end of the backrest. In this way, the entire pad can be operated with only one cooling element and one heating element, in particular a Peltier element, in a particularly space-saving manner.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the connecting elements between the air guide layer and the air guide element are formed as connecting channels, which extend preferably starting from the air guide layer obliquely upwards in the direction of the air guide element. As a result, an optimal suction effect is achieved as a result of corresponding thermal effects, so that an advantageous air flow can be achieved within the pad.
It is furthermore advantageous if the generation of the air flow in the air guide element and / or the air flow in the air guide layer can be assisted by a blower. Such a blower makes it possible to produce a particularly favorable and uniform air flow within the air guiding layer and / or the air guiding element. The blower can be dimensioned extremely small, since already provides the appropriate heating element for a sufficient flow of air.
It is also advantageous if the air guiding element extending in the vertical direction of the backrest has an air outlet at an upper end. In this way, a particularly favorable chimney effect can be achieved within the air guide element.
