Die Antriebseinrichtung umfasst dabei ein Zahnrad und eine mit dem Zahnrad im Eingriff stehende Zahnstange. Die Hebelanordnung beziehungsweise die Hebelelemente sind somit über das Zahnrad und die Zahnstange bewegbar. Mittels der das Zahnrad und die korrespondierende Zahnstange umfassenden Antriebseinrichtung ist es auch möglich, die Hebelanordnung in ihrer Totpunktstellung oder Übertotpunktstellung zu sichern.
