Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Einrichten, Aktualisieren und Überwachen besonderer Gleisabschnitte, insbesondere von Langsamfahrabschnitten. The invention relates to a method and a device for setting up, updating and monitoring special track sections, in particular slow-speed sections.
Häufig ist es erforderlich, besondere Gleisabschnitte zu kennzeichnen. Das betrifft insbesondere Langsamfahrabschnitte, zum Beispiel aufgrund geplanter oder kurzfristig einzurichtender Baustellen, Wanderbaustellen, Gefahrstellen oder Störungsbereichen. Üblicherweise werden die Enden derartiger Langsamfahrabschnitte manuell mit Tafeln an der Bahnstrecke gekennzeichnet und in elektronische Verzeichnisse oder Bücher für Langsamfahrabschnitte eingetragen. Bei Baustellen ist zusätzlich eine sogenannte Rottenwarnung zu installieren. Die übliche Positionsermittlung an den Enden der Langsamfahrabschnitte erfolgt anhand einer Streckenkilometrierung oder auch anhand von Abstandsermittlungen in der Nähe angeordneter Balisen und ist mit erheblichen Fehlern behaftet. Aus Sicherheitsgründen wird die Ausdehnung der Langsamfahrabschnitte deshalb sehr großzügig bemessen. Die resultierenden Einschränkungen für den Eisenbahnbetrieb sind häufig größer als notwendig. Dabei ist die Aktualisierung der Langsamfahrabschnitte, zum Beispiel bei Wanderbaustellen, besonders fehleranfällig, so dass die Diskrepanz zwischen gekennzeichneter und notwendiger Ausdehnung der Langsamfahrabschnitte noch größer wird. Der Erfindung liegt demgemäß die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung gattungsgemäßer Art anzugeben, welche eine exaktere Eingrenzung der besonderen Gleisabschnitte, deren kurzfristige Änderbarkeit und zusätzlich eine annähernd kontinuierliche Überwachung ermöglichen. Dabei ist anzustreben, den regulären Eisenbahnverkehr auf den besonderen Gleisabschnitten, insbesondere Langsamfahrabschnitten, möglichst wenig zu beeinflussen und gleichzeitig die streckenseitige und die fahrzeugseitige Sicherheit aufrechtzuerhalten oder zu verbessern. Verfahrensgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass mindestens eine satellitengestützte drahtlose Kommunikationseinrichtung an mindestens einem Ende des besonderen Gleisabschnittes positioniert wird und dass die Kommunikationseinrichtung Positionsdaten ermittelt und an eine Eisenbahnsicherungseinrichtung überträgt. Die übliche Positionsermittlung an den Enden der Langsamfahrabschnitte erfolgt anhand einer Streckenkilometrierung oder auch anhand von Abstandsermittlungen in der Nähe angeordneter Balisen und ist mit erheblichen Fehlern behaftet, so dass der zu kennzeichnende Gleisabschnitt so lang wie nötig und so kurz wie möglich bemessen werden kann. Durch die satellitengestützte Kommunikationseinrichtung wird die exakt ermittelte Position per Funk automatisch an eine Eisenbahnsicherungseinrichtung übertragen, die beispielsweise eine Zugbeeinflussungseinrichtung mit den Daten des zu beachtenden besonderen Gleisabschnittes, insbesondere des Langsamfahrabschnittes, ansteuert. Bei der Eisenbahnsicherungseinrichtung kann es sich beispielsweise um ein Stellwerk, einen Bedienplatz oder ein RBC – Radio Block Center – eines ETCS – European Train Control System – handeln. Dadurch ist die exakte reale Ausdehnung des Gleisabschnittes in der Eisenbahnsicherungseinrichtung verfügbar, wobei durch zyklische oder quasi kontinuierliche Positionsübermittlung eine schnelle Aktualisierung bei Positionsänderung und zusätzlich auch eine Überwachungsfunktionalität gegeben ist. Bei Positionsveränderung, zum Beispiel bei einer Wanderbaustelle, wird diese Aktualisierung einem Bediener der Eisenbahnsicherungseinrichtung oder einer vollautomatischen Eisenbahnsicherungseinrichtung unmittelbar bekannt gegeben.
