Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum sicheren Parken eines Fahrzeugs, insbesondere an einem Hang. The invention relates to a method and a device for safe parking of a vehicle, in particular on a slope.
Moderne Fahrzeuge sind i.d.R. mit elektrischer Servolenkung (EPS, Electric Power Steering) und elektrische Parkbremsen (EPB) ausgestattet. Letztere sorgt dafür, das Fahrzeug auf seiner Position zu halten. Dieser Vorgang ist bei einigen Fahrzeugen sogar automatisch und muss vom Fahrer nicht mehr initiiert oder durchgeführt werden, wie das bei der „klassischen“ Handbremse der Fall ist. Es ist die Aufgabe der hier vorliegenden Erfindung ein verbessertes Verfahren und eine verbesserte Vorrichtung zum sicheren Parken eines Fahrzeugs anzugeben. It is the object of the present invention to provide an improved method and apparatus for safely parking a vehicle.
Es ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Erfindung, in einer Parksituation die Vorderräder über die Lenkung automatisiert so einzuschlagen, dass sie in Fahrtrichtung zum Fahrbahnrand mit einer Randbefestigung zeigen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass im Falle des Rollens des Fahrzeugs dieses in Richtung der Randbefestigung rollt und daher durch diese gestoppt wird. Zur Ausführung der Erfindung sind zumindest folgenden Mittel notwendig
- – Mittel zur Erkennung einer Fahrbahnrandbefestigung,
- – Mittel zur automatischen Ansteuerung einer Lenkung, die z.B als elektrisch ansteuerbare Servolenkung, rein elektrische Servolenkungen (EPS) ausgestaltet sind, und
- – Mittel zur Erkennung einer Parksituation.

Vorzugsweise wird die Erfindung bei einer Parksituation am Hang ausgeführt. Das Parken am Hang wird dabei in bevorzugter Weise mit einem Längsbeschleunigungssensor in Kombination mit einer Stillstandserkennung festgestellt. Die Stillstandserkennung erfolgt bevorzugt unter Zuhilfenahme von Raddrehsensoren. Längsbeschleuningungssensoren werden im Fahrzeug bereits z.B. im Rahmen von ESP- oder Insassenschutzsystemen (Airbagansteuerung nach Unfallserkennung durch einen Beschleunigungssensor) verwendet. Gibt der Längsbeschleunigungssensor bei Stillstand einen Wert aus, der über einem definierten Schwellwert liegt, so ist mit einem Park an einer Steigung bzw. einem Hang zu rechnen. In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung wird eine Parksituation anhand eines oder mehrerer der folgenden Kriterien erkannt:
- – Ein Parkbremshebel oder -schalter wird durch den Fahrer bedient. In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung wird eine Parksituation anhand zusätzlicher Kriterien erkannt, z.B. das Anhalten länger als eine vorgegebene Zeit t1 (Schwellwert) und/oder der Fahrer sich abschnallt und/oder die Tür öffnet.
- – Eine elektronische Parkbremse des Fahrzeugs wird aktiviert, insbesondere durch eine automatische Aktivierung. In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung wird eine Parksituation anhand zusätzlicher Kriterien erkannt, z.B. das Anhalten länger als eine vorgegebene Zeit t1 (Schwellwert) und/oder der Fahrer sich abschnallt und/oder die Tür öffnet.
- – Ein Stillstand des Fahrzeugs erkannt wird und sich der Fahrer abschnallt und/oder die Tür öffnet,
- – ein Einparkmanöver beendet ist, das durch einen automatischen Einparkassistenten durchgeführt wurde.

Wichtig ist zusätzlich zu erkennen, in welche Richtung die Räder eingeschlagen werden sollen. Hierzu werden vorzugsweise die folgenden Methoden verwendet:
- – Über Umfeldsensoren (z.B. Kamera, Ultraschall, ...) wird die Randbefestigung erkannt
- – Über eine Analyse eines Manövers vor der Initiierung von Parkaktoren wie z.B. der Parkbremse wird erkannt, in welcher Richtung die Randbefestigung sein müsste. So kann bei einem Einparkmanöver in Fahrtrichtung nach rechts davon ausgegangen werden, dass sich die Randbefestigung rechts befindet. Als Parkmanöver ist hier das gesamte Manöver zu verstehen, nicht nur das letzte Einlenken bei z.B. einem mehrzügigen Einparkmanöver. Entsprechend kann bei einem Einparkmanöver in Fahrtrichtung nach links davon ausgegangen werden, dass sich die Randbefestigung links befindet. Ein Parkmanöver wird hierbei entweder durch die Aktivierung eines Parkassistenten erkannt oder es wird generell gespeichert, in welche Richtung sich das Fahrzeug in einer vorgegebenen verstrichenen Zeitspanne bewegt hat, wobei diese Zeitspanne einen Wert zwischen 5 und 90 Sekunden einnimmt. In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung beträgt die Zeitspanne etwa 10 Sekunden. In einer besonderen Ausgestaltung der Erfindung wird diese Information bei einer Stillstandserkennung zu Rate gezogen.
- – Der Fahrer zeigt die Richtung durch den Blinker an, der insbesondere auch ein Parklicht anschaltet.
