Description
The invention is based on a dust filter bag for use in a vacuum cleaner. The dust filter bag has a single or multi-layer bag wall which forms the outside of the dust filter bag and which is formed, at least in sections, from air-permeable filter material. The bag interior is enclosed directly or indirectly by the bag wall. The dust filter bag also has an inlet opening formed in the bag wall. In the region of the inlet opening, a holding plate may be arranged, for example, fastened on the outside of the bag wall. The retaining plate serves to secure the dust filter bag in the receiving space of the vacuum cleaner. The dust filter bag can be designed as a flat bag, but also as a gusseted bag or as a block bottom bag or as a flat bag with one or more everting side gussets.

Essential in these diverse dust filter bags with diffuser in the bag interior is that the diffusers are each accurately positioned and secured to the inside of the bag wall.

From WO 2005/060 807 a dust filter bag is known, wherein in the interior a fluid which can be stirred up under a given air flow is contained in the dust collecting space. The fluidizable material may consist of several unconnected fibers or flakes.

The invention has for its object to provide improved dust filter bag, which are simple in construction and easy to manufacture and at the same time have relatively long service life and provide high suction power over a relatively long period of time. This object is achieved with the subject matter of
Essential in this solution is that in the bag interior an air-permeable dust collector insert is arranged loosely. This loose arrangement is designed such that the air-permeable dust collector insert at any point has a permanent connection with the bag wall or a connected to the bag wall component of the dust filter bag. Due to this loose arrangement, the air-permeable dust collector insert has increased freedom of movement in the interior of the dust filter bag.
Loose arrangement thus means that the inserted into the bag interior Staubfängereinlage is not firmly connected to the bag wall. By the term "solid compound" is meant a permanent compound, i. a lasting connection that can not be solved without destruction. A one-piece or a material connection is usually a permanent connection. Advantages of the loose arrangement are that the dust collector insert can move and shift during operation depending on the space available in the bag interior. The loose arrangement of the dust collector insert a particularly favorable turbulence and flow around the entering via the inlet opening into the bag interior dust-laden air flow can be achieved. The degree of dust deposition can thus be increased. Furthermore, the displaceability of the dust collector insert provides more space for the deposited dust. The dust deposition occurs primarily on the side facing away from the inlet opening side of the dust collector insert, i. in the space between the dust collector insert and the respective bag wall.
The air permeability of the dust collector insert supports the turbulence, the flow around and the dust separation. The air permeability of the dust collector liner can be realized by having the dust collector liner made of air-permeable material, e.g. made of filter material or else in that the dust collector insert may have an air-permeable macrostructure, e.g. in the manner of a spatial grid in the broadest sense.
In preferred embodiments, the air-permeable dust collector insert is permeable to air in all three spatial directions. However, embodiments are also possible in which the dust collector insert is permeable to air only in two spatial directions or only in one spatial direction. The limitation of the air permeability in certain spatial directions can be achieved in particular by appropriate macrostructure of the dust collector insert.
In preferred embodiments, the air-permeable dust collector insert is formed as a flexible and / or elastic, flat in the extended state, three-dimensional structure. Flexible means that the structure is not rigid, but at least partially movable. Elastic means that the structure resets itself, at least to a certain extent, after a relative movement of the parts which are movable relative to one another. Preferably, the dust collector insert is substantially extended in its ground state. In the flexible and / or elastic deformation, the dust collector insert can be deflected from its ground state. In the event that the dust catcher device is flexible-elastic, there is at least to a certain extent an independent provision. This flexible and / or elastic mobility, ie deformability of the dust collector insert is particularly favorable for optimal function of the dust collector insert. However, the dust collector insert can also be designed as a rigid three-dimensional structure. In this case, an air-permeable macrostructure of the three-dimensional structure is required for the air permeability. Both in the case that the dust collector insert is a flexible and / or elastic three-dimensional structure, as well as in the event that the dust collector insert is a rigid three-dimensional structure, it is advantageous if the structure has a flat basic configuration. In embodiments with flexible and / or elastic three-dimensional structure, the term "flat basic configuration" means that the structure is flat in the extended state. Flat means a substantially planar basic configuration with a relatively small thickness, ie dimension of the structure perpendicular to its surface extension. Here, in the extended state, the length of the surface extension is significantly greater than the dimension of the structure perpendicular to the surface extension. The structure is in the extended state, a flat, preferably cuboid body or a three-dimensional flat structure, ie a flat body with a small wall thickness.
In preferred embodiments, it is provided that the flat three-dimensional structure has a base area which is substantially the same size as a base surface of the dust filter bag opposite the inlet opening, ie. At least 90% of the inlet opening opposite base surface of the dust filter bag has.
According to the invention, it is provided that the flat three-dimensional structure has a base area which has a base area which is formed in the range between 50 to 90% of a base area of the dust filter bag opposite the inlet opening.
In particular, in embodiments in which the dust collector insert has a substantially rectangular, preferably square plan area, it may be advantageously provided that the three-dimensional structure has an edge length which is substantially the same size as an edge length of a base surface of the dust filter bag opposite the inlet opening, ie At least 90% of the edge length of the inlet opening opposite base surface of the dust filter bag.
The dust collector insert inserted into the interior of the dust filter bag can also have a spacer function for the bag walls. It can be provided that the dust collector insert is arranged in the interior of the dust filter bag so that it forms a spacer for opposite bag walls of the dust filter bag. This may also contribute to improved turbulence of the airflow entering the inlet port and / or improved flow around and dust deposition during operation of the dust filter bag. Embodiments are possible in which the dust collector insert is elastically deformable, it can preferably be provided that this elastic deformability enables a flat folding of the dust filter bag before use in the vacuum cleaner. This means that in this Vorbetriebsstellung before inserting the dust filter bag in the vacuum cleaner, the dust filter bag is well stackable and thus results in storage advantages. This flat foldability for storage is also obtained in embodiments with a relatively rigid dust collector insert when the rigid dust collector insert is a flat structure, as provided in the preferred embodiments.
In preferred embodiments of dust filter bags in which the air-permeable dust collector insert is formed as a flat three-dimensional structure, it is provided that the flat three-dimensional structure is formed of reticulated or slotted or perforated sheet material. Embodiments are also possible in which it is provided that the flat three-dimensional structure is formed as knitted fabric, woven fabric or fleece. Furthermore, embodiments are also provided in which the flat three-dimensional structure is designed as a three-dimensional grid or as a spacer knitted fabric or as a random knitted fabric or as a hollow profile or as a porous solid body. In all of these embodiments, the air permeability is realized due to the macrostructure of the three-dimensional structure forming the dust catcher liner.
Preferred embodiments in which the flat three-dimensional structure is formed as a slotted sheet, may provide that the flat three-dimensional structure is formed as a strip-shaped, slotted sheet having a first free edge and an opposite second free edge, wherein the strip-shaped fabric a first slot or a plurality of parallel slots extending at a distance from the first free edge to the second free edge or extend, wherein the slot or the slots extend to the second free edge and reach through this or at a distance from this end.
Similar in function and advantages are embodiments in which it is provided that the flat three-dimensional structure is formed as a slotted sheet having a plurality of slits extending from a common center radially to each other to form a cross-shaped or star-shaped slit configuration , In a preferred development it can be provided that the common center is formed as an opening, preferably with a circular edge contour.
Embodiments are also possible in which it is provided that the flat three-dimensional structure has a plurality of elongated, substantially strip-like or thread-like, mutually protruding sections or elements which are arranged overlapping and / or crossing each other and at least in pairs in overlapping or Intersection points are interconnected.
As regards the shape and arrangement of the dust collector insert relative to the design of the interior of the dust filter bag, advantageous embodiments are possible in which it is provided that the dust collector insert is arranged in the interior of the dust filter bag so that they at one or more locations of the bag wall under loose Contact is supported in the manner of a stop position.
Embodiments are provided in which only an air-permeable dust collector insert in the embodiment, as discussed above, is inserted in the interior of the bag. However, embodiments are also possible in which a plurality of such air-permeable dust collector inserts are arranged in the bag interior, ie in the bag interior two or more air-permeable dust collector inserts can be arranged in these embodiments, each of which alone are designed as described above and each alone to provide the respective functions and benefits. Combined with each other, combinatorial effects may occur that enhance certain benefits and functions. The plurality of air-permeable dust collector inserts can be arranged in the bag interior next to each other or one above the other, possibly only partially overlapping. You can relocate during operation relative to each other in the bag interior, as in embodiments with only an air-permeable dust collector insert is advantageous in the case of several air-permeable dust collector inserts an arrangement in the bag interior, in which the air-permeable dust collector insert is disposed opposite from the inlet opening, ie such that the air flow entering through the inlet opening impinges on the air-permeable dust collector insert.
In the case of several air-permeable dust collector inserts can also be provided in preferred embodiments that the stacked or partially overlapping dust collector inserts are arranged so that the dust collector inserts are at least partially flowed through by the incoming air flow successively, i. they are at least partially in the flow direction of the incoming air flow one behind the other.
The air-permeable dust collector insert may also be formed in non-patent versions of several individual elements considered alone, no or no sufficient function as an air-permeable dust catcher insert, but in their entirety constitute a three-dimensional air-permeable structure that acts as an air-permeable dust collector insert. Such embodiments may provide that the dust collector insert is formed as a plurality of loosely arranged, three-dimensional flat and / or elongated individual elements.
As far as the design of the individual elements is concerned, it can be provided in non-patented embodiments that the individual elements are permeable to air in only one spatial direction or in only two spatial directions or in all three spatial directions. Alternatively it can be provided that the individual elements are not permeable to air. In all these embodiments it can be provided that the individual elements are designed as flexible and / or elastic and / or rigid and / or porous structures.
Non-patented embodiments with dust collector inserts, which consist of a plurality of loosely arranged individual elements, can provide that the individual elements are formed as elongated, strip or thread-like elements that form the dust collector insert to form a spatial grid or tangled or tangled configuration.
Dust filter bags with air-permeable dust collector inserts arranged loosely in the interior of the bag can be designed as different types. Embodiments are possible in which it is provided that the dust filter bag is designed as a flat bag. In these embodiments, it is advantageous if the dust collector insert has a base area which corresponds in shape and / or size to the base area of the dust filter bag formed as a flat bag.
Embodiments are also possible in which the dust filter bag is designed as a block bottom bag. Here are embodiments of block bottom bag with one-sided and / or two-sided block bottom possible. In this case, the single-sided block floor or the two-sided block floor can each be assigned a separate dust collector insert, or it can also be provided only a common Staubfängereinlage, which cooperates with the one-sided and the two-sided block bottom.
Furthermore, embodiments are possible in which the dust filter bag is designed as a side-fold bag with attached side fold with a arranged in the bag interior Staubfängereinlage. There are also gusseted bag with unfortified gusset with arranged in the bag interior dust collector insert possible.
In the embodiments discussed above, it is always possible for the bag, i. the bag walls of conventional air-permeable filter material, e.g. Nonwoven fabric and / or paper are formed. The bag walls can be single-layered or multi-layered.
The material constituting the dust catcher liner may also be used as a baghouse conventional filter material. However, spunbonded nonwoven, carded nonwoven, carded nonwoven, airlaid and knitted fabric are particularly suitable for the dust collector insert. These materials alone or a combination of these materials can be used to form the dust collector liner. There are also pleated structures in question. Furthermore, in principle, embodiments are possible in which the primary function of the dust collector insert is directed to the spacer function. In these embodiments, it is primarily important that when inserted spacer air permeability is present by an air flow through the spacer or in the space between the spacer and the bag wall is possible. In the material design of the spacers also different materials can be used and a support structure for the dust collector insert can be created by appropriate materials in certain sections of the dust collector insert. It is also possible to design the dust collector insert in several parts with, for example, a skeleton or cage-like support structure.
As far as the fiber diameter of the air-permeable dust collector insert is concerned, in preferred embodiments this is between 10 μm to 500 μm, preferably between 30 μm and 100 μm. The size ratio of the projected area of the dust collector insert to the total filter area is in preferred embodiments in a range of 10 to 50%, particularly preferably in a range of 20 to 30%.
