Description

The present invention relates to a block bottom bag for vacuum cleaner, which has in its interior at least one diffuser of strips of material and / or fabrics with elongated flow openings. Such bags are characterized by an excellent dust storage capacity and an extension of the service life.

The increase of the dust storage capacity - ie extension of the service life (service life) - of a vacuum cleaner filter bag is in addition to the improved separation efficiency (particle retention) an essential goal in the development of filter bags.

This can be achieved by innovative bag materials or by the incorporation of the air flow in the filter bag influencing material surfaces. This is what the EP 0 960 645 A1 and the EP 1 795 247 A1 Non-woven materials for vacuum cleaner bags with particularly good dust storage capacity.

EP 1 787 560 A1 shows flow distributor in the form of attached in the region of the inlet opening of the filter bag boxes or strips of material, which are able to divide the incoming air flow into partial streams and to divert. In the EP 1 804 635 A1 The idea is that a second flow distributor complements the function of the first flow distributor. From the DE 20 2008 008 989 U1 and the DE 20 2008 003 248 U1 For example, combinations of two flow distributors with a spacer are known.

From the DE 20 2006 016 303 U1 For example, a filter bag is known that includes a bag having an interior partitioned into at least two chambers. In one embodiment, the subdivision is by a partition defined at three side edges, with a transition between the first and second chambers formed at the fourth side edge. In another embodiment, the partition wall is welded to the filter layers only at one side edge for the entire length and is welded at the opposite side to a strip at the upper layer of filter material.

The DE 20 2008 007 717 U1 describes a filter bag in which a flat, multi-layer filter insert is arranged in the interior, which is at least partially connected to the filter bag walls. In this case, dust is to be stored between the at least two layers of the filter insert. For this purpose, the upper of the two layers can be perforated or slotted. The filter insert may be formed as a continuous strip fixed to two opposite edges of the bag.

The DE 20 2007 010 692 U1 relates to a filter bag in which extends between the two filter walls, a filling layer of fiber or yarn material, which is connected to both filter walls and is pulled apart during deployment of the bag so that a net-like structure is formed in the bag.

From the DE 20 2006 019 108 U1 is known a dust filter bag with an attached inside Stauwandstück. This stowage wall piece is fastened in front of the inlet opening of the bag in such a way that it bulges during operation and forms two outlet openings, through which the air flow is deflected. It is essential to the invention that the retaining wall piece is fastened at a distance from the bag seam and does not bear against the rear bag wall under the pressure of the air flow.

Another air distributor is from the DE 10 2006 051 117 A1 known. In this case, at least two layers of material are arranged one above the other between the bag walls, the layers having a smaller extent than the two bag walls in a first area direction and having the same extent as the bag walls in the area direction orthogonal to the first area direction. As materials microfiber fleece or paper are called.

The DE 20 2006 016 304 U discloses a bag with at least one guide element, by means of which the incoming air flow is deflectable. The guide element is fixed adjacent to the inlet opening.

A Miele bag already on the market has an arrangement of a deflector mounted just below the inlet opening. This deflection device consists of a sheet which is attached directly to the top of the bag on both sides of the inlet opening. The purpose of this deflection device is to redirect the air flow sucked in through the inlet opening directly in the region of the inlet opening. This deflection device is designed such that, due to a predetermined length or area, it is welded directly to the bag wall at a distance from the inlet opening. The area of this deflector is therefore below about 10% of the bag surface. The problem with these bags, however, is that due to the relatively small dimensioned dimensions of the first deflecting device (SR1), blockages of the bag may occur due to dust accumulated between the inlet opening and the deflecting device, so that the bag becomes unusable. In addition, this vacuum cleaner bag still has a second level of flow straighteners.

The production of block bottom bags from non-woven is described in the DE 20 2005 016 309 U1 as well as the EP 1 776 909 A1 in which one A vacuum cleaner bag having a bottom from which circumferential side walls extend to form an interior in one direction, wherein the bottom has a substantially rectangular base portion is described.

The basic form of a block bottom bag is in the DE 20 2007 000 198 U1 described. Under a block bottom bag is therefore understood a filter bag having a bag body of single or multi-layer filter material, the two opposite, the bag top, which contains an inlet opening or on which the inlet bottom containing a block bottom is folded back and forming the bottom of the bag Surface and has two folded on the bottom sides of the bag between the surface walls side walls.

To define the shape of a block bottom bag is also on the DE 78 04 400 U . DE 76 30 890 U as well as the DE 92 09 964 U referenced, which are concerned with the basic structure of a block bottom bag.

Another block bottom bag with a closed free end portion and an opposite at least partially closed area and a holding plate is from the DE 103 48 375 A1 known, wherein the bottom of the bag is formed of a plurality of superimposed layers of the bag material.

From the US 5,603,741 Block bottom bags made of paper with rigid internals are known in the interior.

The US 2,848,062 discloses a block bottom bag with an inserted, partially flat, unslotted material layer.

From the US 6,063,171 For example, a filter bag is known which has bactericidally formed fingers which are each formed on a strip of material in the interior of the bag.

All aforementioned vacuum cleaner bags, however, have in common that the inflowing dirt particles are distributed only inadequate, so that there is a premature clogging of the vacuum cleaner bag, which ultimately leads to a reduced dust storage capacity and a significantly inadequate service life of the vacuum cleaner bag.

Based on this, it was an object of the present invention to provide a block bottom filter bag, which ensures an increased dust storage capacity and thus an extension of the service life (service life). In addition, a blockage of the opening should be prevented inside the bag.

This object is achieved with respect to the block bottom bag for a vacuum cleaner with the features of claim 1, wherein the dependent claims represent advantageous developments.

According to the invention, there is thus provided a block bottom bag having a bag front side, a bag rear side and a block bottom which spaces the bag front side and the bag back side to form a bag interior with bag walls made of an air-permeable filter material, the block bottom having an inlet opening for the air to be filtered and inside the block bottom bag at least one diffuser is arranged, which consists of at least two mutually arranged individual material strips and / or sheet-like material structures having elongated flow openings, wherein the at least one diffuser is connected at least one side to the bag wall.

Under a block bottom bag is understood according to the invention a filter bag having a front side, a back and at least three surfaces for generating an inner volume. With regard to the geometric configurations and the folding principles of the block bottom bag, it is thus possible to make use of the bag shapes which are known from the prior art and discussed above. Thus, one of the at least three side surfaces forms the bottom side of the filter bag, while the two remaining side surfaces each connect the outer, the front and the rear bounding edges together, whereby an interior is formed, which defines the volume of the filter bag in the operating state. Preferably, at least the two side surfaces, which are arranged between the front and the back, on a folding, the a collapsing of the filter bag allows in such a way that a flat contact between the front and the back of the filter bag is made possible. In this case, either the bottom surface or the front side of the filter bag has an air inflow opening. Such a filter bag unfolds by the incoming air in the operating state itself, such filter bags are therefore called SOS (self-opening bag). For the purposes of the invention, stand-up pouches are also referred to as block bottom pouches.

The inventively mounted inside the bag diffusers, which are formed from strips of material or provided with flow openings fabrics, thereby causing a turbulence of the incoming, loaded with dirt and / or dust particles air. Thus, surprisingly, the service life of the bag can be significantly extended.

The diffuser of a pliable material is formed from at least two mutually arranged strips of material; but it can also consist of fabrics that have flow openings in the sense of slots within these fabrics. Such fabrics thus have at least one slot or a transection, which is not pronounced throughout the entire sheet, so that at the ends of the sheet, ie where there is no slitting, a cohesion of the fabric is ensured. The geometric shape of the strips of material or of the geometric shapes formed by the flow openings on the sheet is substantially irrelevant in this case; Thus, for example, the surface strips can be structured as strips or the flat structures through straight slots, but all other possible geometric shapes on material strips or flat structures are also possible, for example also s-shaped strips or slot guides, but also through holes etc.

Surprisingly, it has been found that the filter bags have an excellent dust storage capacity and thus have an increased service life. It can also be observed that blockages in the region of the air inlet of the bag - as is often the case with the bags known from the prior art - could be avoided.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the strips of material are arranged movably relative to one another; It is also possible that the material strips are spaced apart from each other or that the flow openings of the fabrics are dimensioned so that the resulting strips of material are spaced from each other.

It is further preferred that the width of the material strips is 2 mm to a maximum of 50% of the width of the bag top. Particularly preferred widths of the material strips are in the range between 5 and 35% of the bag width. The same applies to the arrangement of the elongate flow openings in the fabrics to each other, wherein the flow openings define the strip width.

It is also advantageous if the elongated flow openings of the fabrics are linear. However, virtually any geometric shapes are possible for the elongated flow openings, for example, the flow openings may be parallel or meander-shaped or zigzag-shaped, and spiral-shaped linear guides are also conceivable.

In a further advantageous embodiment, the line-shaped, elongated flow openings have different lengths within the fabric. This embodiment of the invention comes into play when at least two flow openings are present on the sheet. These flow openings can have different lengths, resulting in improved stability of the diffuser.

It is also preferred that the at least one diffuser is attached to both sides of the bag wall. In this embodiment, the diffuser is thus fixed to the front of the bag or the back of the bag. The fixation is preferably carried out in each case in the end region of the diffuser, so that it is only selectively connected to the bag wall and in the intermediate region due to the pliable material is flexible and can be moved by the incoming air.

It is also advantageous if the diffuser in about the same length and / or Has width as the bag front and / or back. A fixation of the diffuser in this case can then conveniently be done by the ends of the diffuser are introduced between the front and back of the filter bag and are fixed together with the front and back to the finished bag. The fixation of the diffuser is thus carried out simultaneously with the bonding or welding step for the production of the filter bag itself. Insofar, this possibility of fixation allows an extremely cost-effective and simple production of the filter bag.

However, as an alternative embodiment, it is also possible that the diffuser is narrower and / or shorter than the bag front and / or back. Here it is further possible that the diffuser has a greater length and / or width than the bag front and / or back side and is present folded. The folding of the diffuser is expediently carried out when the length of the diffuser is greater than the dimension of the length and / or width of the filter bag. The folding is then expediently carried out in a zigzag form, wherein, for example, in the case of a diffuser in strip form, a partial overlapping of the strips of the diffuser takes place one above the other. In this respect, an increase of the attack surface for the incoming air is made possible, which leads to a further improvement of the properties of the filter bag.

A further embodiment of the present invention provides that the diffuser is designed in the form of strips of material and / or twisted. Again, there is an increase in the attack surface for the incoming air, with the same advantages come into play, as they have already been described in the folded shape of the diffuser.

It is also preferred that the diffuser in the form of strips of material is formed by filament bundles or bundles of film strips. In this embodiment, the strips of material themselves are formed from a plurality of filaments or threads or the like.

Likewise, at least two diffusers can each be arranged in such a way in each case in the intermediate plane that the strips of material and / or the elongated flow openings are not arranged parallel to one another, for example orthogonally, but also in deviating arrangements. With a Such an embodiment, the entering into the filter bag air streams can swirl targeted.

The limp materials of the diffuser preferably consist of air-permeable materials and / or of air-impermeable materials. Particularly suitable as air-impermeable materials are films, for example plastic films (for example PE or PP). As air-permeable materials, laminates of air-permeable materials and / or flow-apertured air-impermeable materials are preferably used.

Particularly preferred in the case of the composite materials is a construction of a layer of polypropylene spunbonded fabric of about 15 g / m 2 , a layer of crimped polypropylene staple fibers of about 100 g / m 2 and a second final spunbonded layer of again 15 g / m 2 . The cohesion of the composite is done via welding points that connect all layers together.

It is furthermore preferred if the diffuser is connected to the bag wall via a splice and / or welds.

In a further preferred embodiment, the block bottom bag in the operating state on a prismatic geometry, wherein the block bottom forms the base of this prism. Preferably, the block bottom has a rectangular shape.

It is also advantageous if the block bottom is arranged at an angle to the front of the bag and to the rear of the bag, the angle being 10 ° to 170 °, preferably 45 ° to 125 °.

Preferably, the block bottom bag is constructed so that stand-alone erecting, i. a quasi-complete deployment of the block bottom bag to the operating geometry is possible independently by air flowing through the inlet opening.

It is also advantageous if the block bottom bag is folded in the transport state so that the block bottom flat to the front or back of the bag body is arranged. For this purpose, the block bottom is folded either on the front or back, depending on whether the block bottom is folded on the front or back, that page also has a fold.

Preferably, the block bottom bag has at least two foldable side surfaces.

It is likewise preferred if the diffuser is connected to at least one foldable side surface of the block bottom bag, in particular in the region of the fold.

Further advantages result if the inside of the filter bag top side has a foil (for example a PE foil) in the area of the air inlet opening. This film may for example be glued or welded. As a result, dust deposits during operation in the area of the inlet opening can be almost completely avoided, so that the closing function of the flap closing the inlet opening is not impaired. Surprisingly, however, it has been found that the function of this "anti-filter cake film" is further improved by the diffusers according to the invention.

FIG. 1 shows a prismatic filter bag 1, the largest areas of the front 2 and the back 3 represent. The bottom of this filter bag represents the block bottom 4, which may also be formed from the bag material of the walls of the bag, such as a nonwoven material. The block bottom 4 can be unreinforced, but also be reinforced for example by a holding plate 6 arranged on it, which is connected to the block bottom 4, for example by welding or gluing. The holding plate 6 serves, for example, the fixation of the block bottom bag 1 in the vacuum cleaner; the retaining plate 6 has the air inlet opening (not shown). In an alternative embodiment, however, the holding plate 6 'may also be mounted on the front side 2 of the block bottom bag 1. The block bottom bag 1 is bounded laterally by the side walls 5. These side walls may have longitudinal folds, as for example in the DE 103 48 375 or the EP 1 776 909 is described. For the sake of clarity, the side folds are not shown. The block bottom bag 1 is preferably formed from a single web of the block bottom bag forming material, which is placed over the longitudinal seam 7 partially folded over after corresponding folding on the front side 2 and connected to the bag 1 by gluing or welding.

Im Übrigen gelten die Ausführungsformen zu Figur 1, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Seitenfaltelung der Seitenwände 5.In FIG. 2 a block bottom bag is shown, which in addition to the block bottom 4 has a further block bottom 4 ', wherein the block bottom 4' forms the underside of the filter bag. Incidentally, the embodiments apply to FIG. 1 , in particular with regard to the side folding of the side walls 5.

FIG. 3 shows the principal execution of the in FIG. 2 illustrated double block bottom bag. By appropriate folding and connecting such a web of the filter material can be, for example, in FIG. 2 produce illustrated double block bottom bag 1. With respect to the reference numerals, the in FIG. 1 made embodiments, wherein the designated 7 outer boundaries of the material web of the block bottom bag 1 represent the places where the material web, for example, by welding to the finished block bottom bag 1 to form the longitudinal seam 7 represents.

In FIG. 4 is a corresponding settlement of the prismatic block bottom bag 1 according to FIG. 1 shown, in FIG. 4 a plan view of the inside of the block bottom bag 1 forming side of the web is shown. Both the inner sides of the side surfaces 2, the side walls 5 and the back 3 are continuously provided with a diffuser 8, which is a having a plurality of parallel slits exhibiting fabric, which may be formed for example of a nonwoven material. The slots of the diffuser, which represent the flow openings, are not continuously formed over the entire surface of the sheet, so that at the edges of the diffuser 8 is a cohesion of the separated material strips separated by the slots. The diffuser 8 can be connected at the edges with, for example, the front side 2 by welding or gluing, so that the diffuser is connected on both sides with the wall of the block bottom bag 1.

In FIG. 5 an alternative embodiment of a double block bottom bag 1 is shown, wherein also here the inner side 2 forming wall of the material web is shown, which can be formed by corresponding folding to the finished block bag 1. In the FIG. 5 shown settlement of the block bag 1 in this case has a plurality of diffusers 8, which is respectively connected to the corresponding walls of the filter bag 1, for example, the front side 2, the back 3 or the side walls 5. Likewise, diffusers 8 may be arranged in the region of the block bottom 4. The illustrated diffusers 8 are preferably connected to each other on both sides with the respective wall of the block bottom bag 1, for example by welding the materials together.

To further illustrate the invention, experiments have been carried out with prismatic block bottom bags, wherein a filter bag without diffusers with filter bags having one or two internally disposed diffusers was compared. The filter bags used in the examples are to illustrate the arrangement of the diffusers inside in the following FIGS. 6 to 9 shown. All diffusers are made of strips of a three-ply non-woven material. Particularly preferred is a three-layer composite of a layer of polypropylene spunbonded fabric of about 15 g / m 2 , a layer of crimped polypropylene staple fibers of about 100 g / m 2 and a second final spunbonded layer of again 15 g / m 2 . The cohesion of the composite is done via welding points that connect all layers together. In the following figure designations, an arrangement of the diffusers means "longitudinally" a vertical arrangement of the diffusers shown in the figures, while "transverse" means a horizontal arrangement of the diffusers within the filter bag.

The figures show in detail:
  • FIG. 6 shows a filter bag without diffusers inside (Comparative Example 1 *).
  • FIG. 7 shows a filter bag according to the invention with both on the front and the back transverse diffusers arranged (21 x 11 mm) (Example 2).
  • FIG. 8 shows a filter bag according to the invention with only one of the front and rear longitudinally arranged diffuser (21 x 11 mm) (Example 3).
  • FIG. 9 shows a filter bag according to the invention with both on the front and the back longitudinally arranged diffusers (21 x 11 mm) (Example 4).

The in the FIGS. 6 to 9 illustrated filter bags are not to scale. The front and back of the bag are about 18 cm wide and 27 cm long. The diffusers were 2 cm from each side, so they were 14 cm wide and 23 cm long. At 11 mm width there were 21 strips.

The in the FIGS. 6 to 9 shown filter bag (type FP 136 from Vorwerk) were measured in a series of experiments (carried out with a vacuum cleaner from Vorwerk, type VK136) with defined amounts of DMT standard dust type 8 (50-400 g, each in 50 g interval steps). Reference is made to DIN EN-ISO 60312. The measured values are given for the filter bags in Table 1. The two lower lines of the table show in each case the measured pressure loss in% after uptake of 200 or 400 g of DMT standard dust, this value being determined by the measured pressure value after taking up the respective amount of dust, based on the measured pressure, with the dust filter bag inserted in the vacuum cleaner without any previous absorption of dust , Compared with Comparative Example 1 * (dust filter bag without flow straightener or diffusers, see FIG. 6 ) can be observed a significant improvement in pressure drop or pressure loss in all recorded amounts of dust. In this respect, the dust filter bags according to the invention have a significantly increased service life or dust absorption capacity compared to the filter bags according to Comparative Example 1 *.

Tabelle 1 Beispiel Nr. 1 2 3 4 Staubmenge [g] Druck [hPa] Druck [hPa] Druck [hPa] Druck [hPa] 0 24,4 23,7 23,8 23,6 50 24,6 23,6 24,8 24,6 100 23,2 22,3 23,3 22,8 150 21,2 20,9 21,0 21,6 200 19,1 19,9 19,5 20,4 250 17,3 18,5 17,9 18,8 300 14,4 17,6 16,4 17,6 350 12,5 16,1 15,2 16,5 400 10,2 15,0 14,0 15,5 Druckverlust Nach 200g 22% 16% 18% 14% Nach 400g 58% 37% 41% 35% In FIG. 10 the test results obtained with the filter bags according to the invention are compared with the filter bags according to Comparative Example 1 *. In the diagram, a comparison of the measured values obtained with those of Comparative Example 1 * takes place in each case. It can clearly be seen that the filter bags according to the invention are clearly superior to the filter bags according to Comparative Example 1 * in terms of the pressure drop at a previously defined absorbed amount of dust. <b> Table 1 </ b> Example no. 1 2 3 4 Amount of dust [g] Pressure [hPa] Pressure [hPa] Pressure [hPa] Pressure [hPa] 0 24.4 23.7 23.8 23.6 50 24.6 23.6 24.8 24.6 100 23.2 22.3 23.3 22.8 150 21.2 20.9 21.0 21.6 200 19.1 19.9 19.5 20.4 250 17.3 18.5 17.9 18.8 300 14.4 17.6 16.4 17.6 350 12.5 16.1 15.2 16.5 400 10.2 15.0 14.0 15.5 pressure drop After 200g 22% 16% 18% 14% After 400g 58% 37% 41% 35%
