Abstract
Ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Leuchteneinheit (1) soll derart weitergebildet werden, dass ein einfaches, kostengünstiges und kontinuierliches Herstellverfahren bei uneingeschränkt vorteilhafter ästhetischer Wirkung der Sichtoberfläche erzielbar ist. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, das in einem ersten Schritt eine Gehäuseschale (2) bereitgestellt wird, die zumindest einen lichtdurchlässigen Fensterabschnitt (4) aufweist, in einem zweiten Schritt eine Trägerfolie (9) mit einer wenigstens teilweise oder bereichsweise lichtdurchlässigen Farb- oder Dekorschicht (6') hergestellt wird, in einem dritten Schritt die Trägerfolie (9) mit aufgebauter Farb- oder Dekorschicht (6') adhäsiv auf den lichtdurchlässigen Fensterabschnitt (4) aufgebracht wird, in einem vierten Schritt eine weitere Farb- oder Dekorschicht (6) über die angrenzenden weiteren Abschnitte (5) des Fensterabschnitts (4) aufgebracht wird, in einem anschließenden Schritt die Trägerfolie (9) derart abgezogen wird, dass die Farb- oder Dekorschicht (6') auf der Oberfläche des Fensterabschnitts (4) haften bleibt; und in einem abschließenden Schritt eine transparente Deckschicht (7) auf die zuvor aufgebrachte Farb- oder Dekorschicht (6) der angrenzenden weiteren Abschnitte (5) und die Farb- oder Dekorschicht (6') des Fensterabschnitts (4) aufgebracht wird.A method for producing a lamp unit (1) is to be developed in such a way that a simple, inexpensive and continuous production process can be achieved with an unrestrictedly advantageous aesthetic effect of the visible surface. Derartige Leuchteneinheiten umfassen dabei ein Gehäuseelement mit einem im Bereich einer Abdeckung integrierten Fensterabschnitt. Hinter dem Fensterabschnitt sind dabei Leuchtmittel, vorzugsweise LED's angeordnet. Eine mögliche Anwendung derartiger Leuchteneinheiten ist dabei die Integration als Signalleuchteneinheit in einem Fahrzeugaußenspiegel, als Türgriffbeleuchtung usw. Aus ästhetischen Gründen ist es dabei erwünscht, dass ein einheitlicher Gesamteindruck erzielt wird. Dabei soll die Leuchteneinheit nur im aktiven, allerdings nicht im inaktiven Zustand wahrgenommen werden können.Such lamp units comprise a housing element with a window section integrated in the region of a cover. Hierbei ist vorzugsweise ein Laserprozess vorgesehen, der aus einer vollständigen Farb- oder Dekorschicht insbesondere einer Lackschicht Teile herauslasert.
