Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Synchronisiereinrichtung eines Kraftfahrzeuggetriebes nach dem Gegenstand der älteren Anmeldung der Anmelderin mit dem amtlichen Aktenzeichen
Der Gegenstand der vorgenannten älteren Anmeldung betrifft die axiale Fixierung von zwei Bauteilen einer Synchronisiereinrichtung, nämlich eines Kupplungskörpers und eines Losrades, welche über eine Mitnahmeverzahnung mit Spielpassung miteinander in Eingriff stehen. Bei dieser Bauteilpaarung einer Synchronisiereinrichtung besteht das Problem, dass der Kupplungskörper in axialer Richtung wandert, was zu Schleppmomenten, Geräuschen und einem reduzierten Durchtriebswirkungsgrad führen kann. In der älteren Anmeldung wird vorgeschlagen, beide Bauteile durch als Haltering ausgebildete Haltemittel axial gegeneinander zu fixieren, wobei der Haltering einerseits in einer Ringnut des Losrades und andererseits in einer Ringnut des Kupplungskörpers angeordnet ist. Dadurch wird der Kupplungskörper an das Losrad angedrückt, sodass eine Axialbewegung verhindert wird.
