Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine klappbare Rückenlehne für einen Rücksitz eines Kraftfahrzeuges, deren tragende Struktur aus einer Basisplatte mit einem umlaufenden Hohlrahmen besteht. Eine derartige Rückenlehne soll leicht bauen, einfach zu montieren sein, vergleichsweise geringe Werkzeugkosten erfordern sowie eine flexible Konstruktion ermöglichen. Zur Erfüllung dieser Forderungen besteht die tragende Struktur (7) aus vier Profilteilen (5, 6; 10, 11) aus einem Leichtmetall, insbesondere einer Aluminiumlegierung, wobei die Profilteile (5, 6; 10, 11) jeweils einen Hohlrahmenbereich (5.1, 6.1; 10.1, 11.1) und einen Plattenbereich (5.2, 6.2; 10.2, 11.2) aufweisen und derart auf Gehrung von extrudierten Profilen (1, 2; 8, 9) abgeschnitten sind, dass sie im zusammengeschweißten Zustand die Basisplatte mit umlaufenden Hohlrahmen bilden.The present invention relates to a foldable backrest for a rear seat of a motor vehicle, the supporting structure of which consists of a base plate with a circumferential hollow frame.
