Eine erfindungsgemäße Ladekabelverriegelungsvorrichtung für Hybrid- oder Elektrofahrzeuge weist eine fahrzeugseitige Aufnahme zur Aufnahme eines Steckers eines mit einer Ladestation verbindbaren Ladekabels und eine an der Aufnahme angeordnete Verriegelungseinrichtung zum Verriegeln und Freigeben des Steckers in der Aufnahme auf.
